Beverage dispensing system
Abstract
A liquid beverage dispensing system having a specialized sealed container and a tube which extends from a top of the container and terminates just before the floor of the container. The tube has a one way valve that allows liquid to come up and out of the container when the valve is opened. Before the valve is opened the liquid may be a carbonated liquid under pressure. Then the valve opens upon the user's action, such as, sucking or squeezing the nipple. When the valve is opened the pressure inside of the container exerted by rising or trapped air bubbles exerts a downward force on the liquid below. The downward force thereby pushes the liquid below into and up the tube and into the user's mouth. The one way valve having unique form characteristics to permit this operation and permit other operations.

Pressurizing the contents of the container; and Dispensing the pressurized contents through the use of a valve, Whereby the contents are for direct human consumption.
2 . The method as claimed in claim 1 further comprising the step of:
marketing said method by a beverage company.
3 . A container having contents comprising:
a. first regulating means of regulating a flow of the contents from an area close to bottom of said container to a release area of said container, wherein a remainder of said container being hermetically sealed; and b. second eating means for regulating the release of said contents from said container wherein a portion of closing means of said means of regulating the release of said contents from said container is partially independent in relation to a portion of opening means of said means of regulating the release of said contents from said container, wherein if any internal pressure becomes present a portion of said internal pressure is distributed upon a portion of said closing means not in relation to a portion of said opening means and vise versa.
4 . The container as claimed in claim 3 wherein if said pressure is present said means of regulating the release of said contents from said container utilizes said pressure to assist in holding said opening means open after said opening means was opened and or holding said closed means closed after said closed means was closed.
5 . A container comprising:
a. first regulating means including closing means for hermetically sealing and retaining the contents held within the container, and opening means for releasing the contents held within the container, a portion of the closing means being independent from a portion of the opening means; and b. flow regulating means for regulating the flow of contents from a bottom portion of the container to a release area of the container, c. whereby a portion of any present internal pressure is distributed upon the portion of the closing means that is independent from the portion of the opening means and vise versa, d. where for direct human consumption.
6 . The container as claimed in claim 5 wherein, if said pressure is present, said first regulating means utilizes said pressure to assist in holding said opening means open after said opening means was opened.
7 . The container as claimed in claim 5 wherein, if said pressure is present, said first regulating means utilizes said pressure to assist in holding said closing means closed after said closing means was closed.
8 . The container as claimed in claim 5 further including;
a mouth; and a cap, said cap being provided to be fitted to the mouth, the cap including a cylindrical nipple, the nipple attaches to the regulating means.

The container as claimed in claim 8 wherein said flow regulating means includes a container tube and support arms, the container tube running along the length of said container, the container tube being held vertically by the support arms, the container tube including flaps extending outward for placement of the container tube into the cap.
10 . The container as claimed in claim 8 wherein said flow having means includes a container tube and support arms, the container tube running along the length of said container, the container tube being held vertically by the support arms, the container tube including threads for placement of the container tube into the cap.
11 . The container as claimed in claim 8 wherein said flow regulating means includes a single piece tube that extends through a bottom of said cap and vertically down to the bottom of said container.
12 . The container as claimed in claim 5 wherein said flow regulating means includes a container tube and support arms, the container tube running along the length of said container and being held vertically by support arms, the container tube being curved horizontally a top of the container tube for placement the container tube into the cap.
13 . The container as claimed in claim 5 wherein said container is in any orientation.
14 . The container as claimed in claim 13 wherein said flow regulating means includes a tube weighted at its bottom.
15 . The container as claimed in claim 5 wherein said first regulating means includes a cylindrical nipple having a flexible-arm-operated, one-way-valve, said valve including valve walls and horizontal flexible arms.
16 . The container as claimed in claim 5 wherein said first regulating means includes a cylindrical nipple having a spring-operated, one-way-valve, said valve including valve walls, horizontal spring tubes and springs.
17 . The container as claimed in claim 5 wherein said first regulating means includes a cylindrical nipple having a flexible-arm-operated, one-way-valve, said valve including a single valve wall and horizontal flexible arm.
18 . The container as claimed in claim 5 wherein said first regulating means includes a cylindrical nipple having a spring-operated, one-way-valve, said valve including a single a single valve wall, horizontal spring tube and spring.
19 . The container as claimed in claim 8 wherein said first regulating means includes twisting means for regulating the release of the contents of the container by twisting the cap.
20 . The container as claimed in claim 5 wherein said first regulating means includes a valve and a bulge, the bulge having holes thereon, the valve including a closing element for controlling the flow of liquid through the holes of the bulge.
21 . The container as claimed in claim 5 wherein said first regulating means includes a disk operated valve.
22 . The container as claimed in claim 5 wherein said first regulating means includes a valve with a bulge, a circular disk, and flaps.
23 . The container as claimed in claim 5 wherein said first regulating means includes a valve wall connected to a button with a rope, the flow of liquid being controlled by pushing the button.
24 . The container as claimed in claim 5 wherein said first regulating means includes valve walls connected to walls of a sealing element.

45 . The container as claimed in claim 5 further comprising harnessing means of harnessing energy from contents flowing through the tube.
46 . The container as claimed in claim 45 wherein said harnessing means comprises a rotary ball with flaps and rope for conveying of energy.

a cap; a mouth; second regulating means; exit means; harnessing means; and combinations thereof.
48 . The container as claimed in claim 47 wherein said combination thereof are detachable and reattach able to each other.

The container as claimed in claim 47 whereby pressurize non-pressurized, and heated contents may be used, Whereby said combination has a no-spill feature, whereby when said combination is under pressure, pressurized contents may exit by said pressure, Whereby when said combination is under pressure, said combination may be used as a spray bottle, whereby said combination retains carbonation Whereby said combination retains contents quality whereby said combination may be used with heated contents, said combination retaining heat, and whereby said combination may be used with any type of contents, a person can drink with use of less energy and time, and Whereby a person may use his hands, mouth, teeth, lips to regulate the said regulating means.
