Abstract

A portable toilet assembly has a tent and a pedestal device. The tent is composed of multiple frame loops and a cover mounted on the multiple frame loops together. The tent is collapsible. The pedestal device is composed of an upper armrest frame, a lower holding frame and a receptacle mounted on the lower holding frame. The upper arm frame and the lower holding frame are detachable from each other and respectively foldable. Thereby, the portable toile assembly can be disassembled conveniently and respectively diminished in its parts to ideal portable sizes.

Claims

1 . A portable toilet assembly comprising:
 a tent  1  having
 at least three frame loops 11 , wherein each frame loop 11 has a narrow top, a broad bottom and two side rods and each side rod of the frame loop 11 is pivotally connected to a side rod of an adjacent frame loop 11 to compose a tent frame; and
 a cover  12  correspondingly mounted on the tent frame;
   a pedestal device 2 received inside the tent 1 and having
 an upper armrest frame  21  comprising an extending rod  213  with two ends and two arms  211  pivotally and respectively connected to the two ends of the extending rod  213 ;
 a lower holding frame  22  detachably attached to the upper armrest frame  21  and composed of two H-shaped stands and two foldable connecting strips  222  extending between the two H-shaped stands;
 a receptacle 23 mounted on the lower holding frame 22 between the two foldable connecting strips 222 ; and
 a seat pad 24 pivotally attach on one of the two H-shaped stands to operationally mount over the receptacle 23 .

       2 . The portable toilet assembly as claimed in  claim 1 , wherein the tent  1  has four frame loops  11  to compose the tent frame with four sides;
 the cover 12 has four faces, an entryway 121 defined in one face of the cover 12 , a door leaf 122 covering the entryway 121 and a zipper 213 attached between edges of the entryway 121 and the door leaf 122 .

       3 . The portable toilet assembly as claimed in claim 1 , wherein the two arms of the upper armrest frame 21 are U-shaped arms 211 and each U-shaped arm 211 has a front end and a rear end,
 two T-shaped connectors 212 respectively attached between the two ends of the extending rod 213 and the rear ends of the two U-shaped arms 211 , each T-shaped connector 212 has a tube rotatably sleeving the rear end of the corresponding U-shaped arm 211 and a short tube attached to a middle periphery of the tube and receiving the corresponding end of the extending rod 213 .

       4 . The portable toilet assembly as claimed in claim 2 , wherein the two arms of the upper armrest frame 21 are U-shaped arms 211 and each U-shaped arm 211 has a front end and a rear end,
 two T-shaped connectors 212 respectively attached between the two ends of the extending rod 213 and the rear ends of the two U-shaped arms 211 , each T-shaped connector 212 has a tube rotatably sleeving the rear end of the corresponding U-shaped arm 211 and a short tube attached to a middle periphery of the tube and receiving the corresponding end of the extending rod 213 .

       5 . The portable toilet assembly as claimed in  claim 3 , wherein each H-shaped stand comprises two feet and a middle bar  224  extending between the two feet, each foot has a top insertion  223  to engage the U-shaped arm  211 ;
 each foldable connecting strips 222 comprises two elongated piece pivotally connected with each other and has two distal ends respectively and pivotally attached to the middle bars 224 of the two H-shaped stands.

       6 . The portable toilet assembly as claimed in  claim 4 , wherein each H-shaped stand comprises two feet and a middle bar  224  extending between the two feet, each foot has a top insertion  223  to engage the U-shaped arm  211 ;
 each foldable connecting strips 222 comprises two elongated piece pivotally connected with each other and has two distal ends respectively and pivotally attached to the middle bars 224 of the two H-shaped stands.

       7 . The portable toilet assembly as claimed in claim 6 , wherein the receptacle 23 further contains water-absorbing material.

       8 . The portable toilet assembly as claimed in claim 6 , wherein the seat pad 24 is an oval annular ring with a bottom end and has two clips 241 forming at the bottom end to pivotally engage the middle bar 224 of the corresponding H-shaped stand combining with the rear ends of the two U-shaped arms 211 .

       9 . The portable toilet assembly as claimed in  claim 8 , wherein pedestal device  2  further has a lid  25  mounted behind the seat pad  24 ;
