Abstract

A shooting structure of a paint bullet gun, including a body section and a handle. A gunlock and a shot control unit are disposed in the body section. An air source serves to fill air into the body section. A trigger unit is disposed in the handle for controlling the shot control unit which controls the gunlock to reciprocally move. An activating chamber is formed in the body section. The gunlock is slidably disposed in the activating chamber. The activating chamber has an intake passage communicating with the air source. A space is defined between the bar body and inner wall of the activating chamber. The space is movable along with the gunlock to be aligned with the intake passage. The gunlock is formed with an internal shooting air reserving room and more than one exhaust passage communicating therewith. The shooting air reserving room has several intakes communicating with the space. A controlling valve is disposed between the exhaust passage and the shooting air reserving room. The controlling valve is movable along with the gunlock to control communication between the shooting air reserving room and the exhaust passage.

Claims

exact text as granted — not AI-modified
1 . A shooting structure of a paint bullet gun, comprising a body section and a handle, a gunlock and a shot control unit being disposed in the body section, an air source serving to fill air into the body section, a trigger unit being disposed in the handle for controlling the shot control unit which controls the gunlock to reciprocally move, whereby a paint bullet can be controllably dropped into the body section and the air of the air source can be controlled to shoot the paint bullet, said shooting structure being characterized in that:
an activating chamber is formed in the body section, one end of the activating chamber being connected with a barrel, the gunlock being slidably disposed in the activating chamber, a bullet-dropping port being disposed on the activating chamber near the barrel, the activating chamber having an intake passage communicating with the air source; and the gunlock is a bar body, a space being defined between the bar body and inner wall of the activating chamber, the space being movable along with the gunlock to be aligned with the intake passage, the gunlock being formed with an internal shooting air reserving room for reserving a certain amount of air and more than one exhaust passage communicating with the shooting air reserving room, the shooting air reserving room having several intakes communicating with the space, the exhaust passage passing through the gunlock to an end thereof, a controlling valve being disposed between the exhaust passage and the shooting air reserving room, the controlling valve being movable along with the gunlock to control communication between the shooting air reserving room and the exhaust passage.

2 . The shooting structure of the paint bullet gun as claimed in claim 1 , wherein two air reservoirs are respectively parallelly disposed on two sides of the activating chamber of the body section, a front section of the air reservoir near the barrel communicating with a handle pressure regulator for adjusting the pressure coming from the air source into the air reservoir, the intake passage communicating the activating chamber with the air reservoir, the handle being arranged under the body section near the handle pressure regulator, the trigger unit being disposed in the handle corresponding to the shot control unit, the trigger unit including a trigger, a linking plate and a spring, whereby the trigger can drive the linking plate to control the shot control unit.

3 . The shooting structure of the paint bullet gun as claimed in claim 2 , wherein the shot control unit has a valve body and a piston body, the body section being formed with a passage between the activating chamber and the air reservoir in parallel thereto, the valve body and the linking plate being accommodated in the passage, the piston body being fixed at one end of the activating chamber of the body section opposite to the barrel, a rear plug body sealing the activating chamber.

4 . The shooting structure of the paint bullet gun as claimed in claim 3 , wherein the valve body is formed with an internal cavity in which a shift bar is mounted, a middle section of the valve body being formed with several cuts communicating with the cavity, at least one air reservoir being formed with an air duct communicating with the cuts, whereby part of the air in the air reservoir can enter the cavity, two ends of the cavity being respectively formed with a first ventiduct and a second ventiduct communicating with the interior of the piston body, the shift bar being formed with a first plug section and a second plug section respectively corresponding to the first and second ventiducts, one end of the shift bar being connected with the linking plate of the trigger unit, the trigger of the trigger unit being able to drive the shift bar to reciprocally move within the cavity, whereby the first plug section or the second plug section unblocks/blocks the first ventiduct or second ventiduct, the piston body being formed with an internal receiving passage in which a piston rod with a piston block is accommodated, a front end and a rear end of the receiving passage respectively communicating with the first and second ventiducts of the valve body, one end of the piston rod opposite to the piston block being connected with the gunlock.

5 . The shooting structure of the paint bullet gun as claimed in claim 1 , wherein an annular groove is formed on the body of the gunlock, the space being defined between the annular groove and inner wall of the activating chamber, the gunlock having a large diameter section and a small diameter section, the annular groove being formed on outer circumference of the large diameter section, the shooting air reserving room being formed in the large diameter section, the small diameter section being formed with an internal tunnel, one end of the tunnel extending to one end of the small diameter section opposite to the large diameter section, the other end of the tunnel extending to a solid section at the other end of the small diameter section adjacent to the large diameter section, the controlling valve being disposed in the solid section, the controlling valve having a valve rod extending through the solid section, one end of the valve rod extending into the tunnel of the small diameter section, the other end of the valve rod extending into the shooting air reserving room of the large diameter section, the solid section being formed with several exhaust passages around the valve rod, two ends of each exhaust passage respectively communicating with the tunnel and the shooting air reserving room, whereby the air in the shooting air reserving room can go through the exhaust passage into the tunnel, a plug body being fixed at one end of the valve rod in the shooting air reserving room, the plug body being pushed by a spring, whereby in normal state, the plug body blocks the exhaust passages, two cuts being respectively formed on two sides of the tunnel in parallel to the valve rod, a touch rod being transversely positioned in the cuts, two ends of the touch rod being fixed on the inner wall of the activating chamber.

6 . The shooting structure of the paint bullet gun as claimed in claim 5 , wherein several O-rings are inlaid in outer circumference of the large diameter section of the gunlock on two sides of the annular groove to airtight abut against inner wall of the activating chamber for avoiding leakage of air.
