Abstract

A fan blade mounting structure for ceiling fan is capable of enabling the fan blade to be quickly and easily mounted on the mounting bracket, and comprises, a plurality of locking members formed on a surface of a mounting bracket, the locking members each has an abutting portion facing toward the rotor, and the abutting portion has a flat surface. A fan blade is formed with plural holes for insertion of the locking members, the abutting portion of the locking members abuts against the fan blade; a positioning structure used to connect the fan blade and the mounting bracket; and plural engaging members inserted in the holes of the fan blade to confine the locking members in the holes.

1 . A fan blade mounting structure for ceiling fan comprising: 
 a mounting bracket connected to a rotor of a ceiling fan, on a surface of the mounting bracket formed a plurality of locking members, each of the locking members having an abutting portion facing toward the rotor, a bottom surface of the abutting portion being flat;    a fan blade provided with a plurality of holes for insertion of the locking members of the mounting bracket, and the bottom surface of the abutting portion of the respective locking members abuts against a surface of the fan blade;    a positioning structure used to connect the fan blade and the mounting bracket;    a plurality of engaging members inserted in the holes of the fan blade to confine the locking members in the holes.    
   
   
       2 . The fan blade mounting structure for ceiling fan as claimed in  claim 1 , wherein the locking members are integral with the mounting bracket.  
   
   
       3 . The fan blade mounting structure for ceiling fan as claimed in  claim 1 , wherein the locking members is independently formed and then fixed to the mounting bracket.

The fan blade mounting structure for ceiling fan as claimed in  claim 3 , wherein the mounting bracket is provided with a plurality of connecting recesses, and the locking members are correspondingly provided with a plurality of connecting portions, the connecting portions are positioned in the connecting recesses.

The fan blade mounting structure for ceiling fan as claimed in  claim 4 , wherein a locking hole is formed in each of the connecting recesses of the mounting bracket, and a through hole is formed on the connecting portion of the respective locking members, and then a screw is screwed in the through hole and the locking hole to fix the locking members on the mounting bracket.

The fan blade mounting structure for ceiling fan as claimed in  claim 1 , wherein the positioning structure includes a pin-like positioning member integrally formed on the surface of the mounting bracket, and a receiving recess correspondingly formed on the fan blade for engaging the positioning member.

The fan blade mounting structure for ceiling fan as claimed in  claim 2 , wherein the positioning structure includes a pin-like positioning member integrally formed on the surface of the mounting bracket, and a receiving recess correspondingly formed on the fan blade for engaging the positioning member.

The fan blade mounting structure for ceiling fan as claimed in  claim 3 , wherein the positioning structure includes a pin-like positioning member integrally formed on the surface of the mounting bracket, and a receiving recess correspondingly formed on the fan blade for engaging the positioning member.

The fan blade mounting structure for ceiling fan as claimed in  claim 1 , wherein the positioning structure includes a pin-like positioning member provided on a bottom surface of the fan blade, and a receiving recess correspondingly formed on the mounting bracket for engaging the pin-like positioning member of the fan blade.

The fan blade mounting structure for ceiling fan as claimed in  claim 2 , wherein the positioning structure includes a pin-like positioning member provided on a bottom surface of the fan blade, and a receiving recess correspondingly formed on the mounting bracket for engaging the pin-like positioning member of the fan blade.

The fan blade mounting structure for ceiling fan as claimed in  claim 3 , wherein the positioning structure includes a pin-like positioning member provided on a bottom surface of the fan blade, and a receiving recess correspondingly formed on the mounting bracket for engaging the pin-like positioning member of the fan blade.

The fan blade mounting structure for ceiling fan as claimed in  claim 1 , wherein the positioning structure includes a slot formed on the mounting bracket, an inserting hole correspondingly formed on the fan blade, and a positioning member is inserted in the slot and the inserting hole.

The fan blade mounting structure for ceiling fan as claimed in  claim 2 , wherein the positioning structure includes a slot formed on the mounting bracket, an inserting hole correspondingly formed on the fan blade, and a positioning member is inserted in the slot and the inserting hole.

The fan blade mounting structure for ceiling fan as claimed in  claim 3 , wherein the positioning structure includes a slot formed on the mounting bracket, an inserting hole correspondingly formed on the fan blade, and a positioning member is inserted in the slot and the inserting hole.  
   
   
       15 . The fan blade mounting structure for ceiling fan as claimed in  claim 6 , wherein the positioning structure includes a positioning block used to insert in the receiving recess so as to confine the positioning member in the receiving recess.  
   
   
       16 . The fan blade mounting structure for ceiling fan as claimed in  claim 7 , wherein the positioning structure includes a positioning block used to insert in the receiving recess so as to confine the positioning member in the receiving recess.  
   
   
       17 . The fan blade mounting structure for ceiling fan as claimed in  claim 8 , wherein the positioning structure includes a positioning block used to insert in the receiving recess so as to confine the positioning member in the receiving recess.

The fan blade mounting structure for ceiling fan as claimed in  claim 6 , wherein the locking member and the positioning member of the mounting bracket are positioned in the holes and the receiving recess of the fan blade, after that, a cover having inserting blockings and a positioning block integrally formed correspondingly to the holes and the receiving recess of the fan blade is used to insert the inserting blockings and the positioning block into rest space of the holes and the receiving recess of the fan blade, so that the locking members and the positioning member the mounting bracket are confined in the holes and the receiving recess of the fan blade, respectively.  
   
   
       19 . The fan blade mounting structure for ceiling fan as claimed in  claim 7 , wherein the locking member and the positioning member of the mounting bracket are positioned in the holes and the receiving recess of the fan blade, after that, a cover having inserting blockings and a positioning block integrally formed correspondingly to the holes and the receiving recess of the fan blade is used to insert the inserting blockings and the positioning block into rest space of the holes and the receiving recess of the fan blade, so that the locking members and the positioning member the mounting bracket are confined in the holes and the receiving recess of the fan blade, respectively.  
   
   
       20 . The fan blade mounting structure for ceiling fan as claimed in  claim 12 , wherein a screw is screwed in the inserting hole of the fan blade and the slot of the mounting bracket.
