Waste disposal device including a turntable for twisting flexible tubing dispensed from a cartridge

Abstract

A waste disposal device including a turntable for twisting a flexible tubing dispensed from a cartridge. The cartridge comprises a rigid body formed by a central tubular core open at top and bottom. A surrounding casing wall is positioned to provide a space between the tubular core and the casing wall and a base wall joining a lower end of the surrounding casing wall to the lower end of said tubular core. A length of flexible tubing is packed profusely in a tightly layered mass in the space to constitute a pack surrounding the tubular core positioned in a housing within the waste disposal device. A turntable mechanism is positioned interior to the cartridge housing comprising a support flange. The turntable mechanism is operatively configured to allow for rotation of the flexible tubing dispensed from the cartridge when said flexible tubing contains waste material.

1 . A waste disposal device, comprising: 
 a cartridge comprising a rigid body formed by a central tubular core open at top and bottom, a surrounding casing wall positioned to provide a space between said tubular core and said casing wall and a base wall joining a lower end of said surrounding casing wall to the lower end of said tubular core, a length of flexible tubing packed profusely in a tightly layered mass in said space to constitute a pack surrounding said tubular core, and positioned in a housing within said waste disposal device;    a turntable mechanism positioned interior to said cartridge housing, and comprising a support flange; wherein said turntable mechanism is operatively configured to allow for rotation of said flexible tubing dispensed from said cartridge when said flexible tubing contains waste material.    
     
     
         2 . The waste disposal device according to  claim 1 , wherein said waste disposal device has a base and sidewalls.  
     
     
         3 . The waste disposal device according to  claim 1 , wherein said turntable is rotatable about a shaft attached to said base.  
     
     
         4 . The waste disposal device according to  claim 1 , wherein a spring is arranged around said shaft below said turntable over a plate.  
     
     
         5 . The waste disposal device according to  claim 1 , wherein said turntable is disposed over a biasing mechanism.  
     
     
         6 . The waste disposal device according to  claim 5 , wherein said biasing mechanism is disposed between said plate and said base of said waste disposal device.  
     
     
         7 . The waste disposal device according to  claim 5 , wherein said biasing mechanism comprises a plurality of springs.  
     
     
         8 . The waste disposal device according to  claim 1 , wherein said turntable is mounted on a coil spring and configured to be operable via an electric motor.  
     
     
         9 . The waste disposal device according to  claim 1 , wherein said turntable is motorized to travel on a track.  
     
     
         10 . The waste disposal device according to  claim 1 , wherein said turntable is structurally configured to rotate about a track.
