Abstract
A rotary case ( 1 ) comprises a base ( 2 ) mounted mobile in axial rotation relative to a tubular body ( 3 ) wherein is mounted mobile a slide ( 4 ) designed to receive a product to be protected. The rotary case ( 1 ) comprises a ballast ( 40 ) capable of substantially increasing its mass.
Claims
exact text as granted — not AI-modified1 . A rotating case comprising: a base mounted movably in axial rotation around a tubular body in an interior of which is mounted movably a movable a slide destined to which receives a product to be protected, the slide including a ballast which augments its mass.
2 . The rotating case according to claim 1 , wherein the ballast is joined with the slide.
3 . The rotating case according to claim 1 , wherein the ballast is joined with an end of the slide which is situated under the a space designed to hold the protected product.
4 . The rotating case according to claim 1 , wherein the ballast is made of a high density material forming a single piece with the slide.
5 . The rotating case according to claim 1 , wherein the ballast is made by an independent element which is joined with the slide, the independent element being made of a high density material
6 . The rotating case according to claim 5 , wherein the slide includes an open accommodation which is below the space designed to receiver the protected product and which receives the independent element forming a ballast in an suitably complementary form.
7 . The rotating case according to claim 5 , wherein the independent element is removably mounted relative to the slide.
8 . The rotating case according to claim 5 , wherein the slide includes a blocking means to keep the ballast in the accommodation.
9 . The rotating case according to claim 1 , wherein the slide includes a means of ventilation for venting the lower end of the product as the product is inserted into the slide.
10 . The rotating case according to claim 9 , wherein the means of ventilation includes at least an axial conduit communicating with the space designed to receive the protected product, and also, with the space situated below the slide.
11 . The rotating case according to claim 9 , wherein the means of ventilation includes at least a lateral conduit communicating with the space designed to receive the protected product, and also, with the space situated on the sides of the slide.
12 . The rotating case according to claim 1 , further including: a closing top removably attached to a free end of the tubular body.
13 . A lipstick or a lip balm container comprising:
a tubular body; a base rotatably mounted to a lower end of the tubular body; a slide movably received in the tubular body, the slide defining a lip stick or lip balm receiving well in an upper end and carrying a ballast in a lower end; a slide advancing mechanism interconnected with the slide and the base such that the rotation of the base causes the slide to advance axially toward an upper end of the tubular body and opposite rotation of the base retracts the slide to the lower end of the tubular body.
14 . The container according to claim 13 wherein the ballast extends over at least a lower half of the slide.
15 . The container according to claim 13 wherein the slide defines a ballast receiving well in a lower end of the slide, a separate ballast element being mounted in the ballast receiving well.
16 . The container according to claim 13 further including:
a vent passage extending from the lipstick or lip balm receiving well through the ballast to facilitate removal of air displaced by insertion of a lip stick or lip balm element into the lipstick or lip balm receiving well.
17 . The container according to claim 13 further including:
a vent passage extending through a side wall of the lipstick or lip balm receiving well contiguous to the ballast.Join the waitlist — get patent alerts
