Abstract

The foregoing invention refers to a self-standing exhibiting package that allows for transportation of its contained product from the manufacturing site to a point of sale; said self-standing package is characterized by containing and exhibiting the product, and wherefrom consumers may take the product at the time of purchase; characterized by being formed by angular beams that provide a preferably square or rectangular configuration with a plurality of angular crossbars that attached by their ends to said beams with a diversity of fixating devices, hence providing a plurality of peripheral supports at a same level at multiple heights and spaced between them, whereon stands containing and exhibiting various products are set, said stands are stacked or fixated with diverse devices on said angular crossbars providing the peripheral supports.

Claims

exact text as granted — not AI-modified
1 . A self-standing exhibiting package, comprising: vertical angular beams that provide a square or rectangular configuration, with a plurality of angular crossbars attached in their ends to said angular beams by diverse fixating devices, providing a plurality of peripheral supports at the same level in multiple heights and spaced between them, where stands containing and exhibiting various products are set, stacked or fixated by diverse means onto said angular crossbars that provide peripheral supports.

2 . The self-standing exhibiting package as in claim 1 , wherein said angular beams and crossbars are made of compressed cardboard.

3 . The self-standing exhibiting package as in claim 1 , wherein said angular beams and crossbars have an “L” shape, with both arms having the same length.

4 . The self-standing exhibiting package as in an any one of claims 1 - 3 , wherein said angular beams are set with their open face towards the inside of said package's configuration, so that said angular crossbars are attached by an arm to the corresponding adjacent arm of said angular beams, thus having their other arm horizontal to allow for support for said product containing stands.

5 . The self-standing exhibiting package as in claim 4 , wherein said angular crossbars being attached with an arm to the corresponding adjacent end arm of said angular beams, their other arm set in a vertical manner, hence each peripheral support has a housing shape in order to hold said product containing and exhibiting stand inside.

6 . The self-standing exhibiting package as in claim 5 , wherein the attached ends of said angular crossbars are attached at the same level on said angular beams, stacked one on top of the other, and said upper angular crossbars, aside from being attached to said angular beams, are attached to their corresponding adjacent horizontal upper arms, as a superior cap for the corner angular beams.

7 . The self-standing exhibiting package as in claim 4 , wherein the attached ends of said angular crossbars are attached at the same level on said angular beams, stacked one on top of the other, and said upper angular crossbars, aside from being attached to said angular beams, are attached to their corresponding adjacent horizontal upper arms, as a superior cap for the corner angular beams.

8 . The self-standing exhibiting package as in claim 4 , wherein said product containing and exhibiting stands are phased out from the center of said package, exposed to and beyond the middle of each face of said exhibitor, fixated to said angular crossbars with fixating devices.

9 . The self-standing exhibiting package as in claim 8 , wherein the corners of said plurality of stands phased out on each face of the package comprising an outer angular beam that provides more support to the protruding sections of said product containing stands.

10 . The self-standing exhibiting package as in any one of claims 1 - 3 , further comprising corner angular beams, set with their open side facing out and angular crossbars are attached on their edges with the outer face of an arm on the outer faces of the corresponding arm of the angular beams, such angular crossbars being exposed and substantially phased out, which are phased out from the center with a protruding section supported by other outer angular beams attached to the exterior corners of said product containing and exhibiting stands.

11 . The self-standing exhibiting package as in any one of claims 1 - 3 , wherein said angular beams being set with their open face outward and ends of said crossbars are attached by their outer faces to said angular beams; pairs of perpendicular angular crossbars are derived at multiple levels on each angular beam making “V” shaped supports, on whose ends other outer angular beams are ser for support; said “V” shaped supports hold crossbars with ¼ circle shape where other same or different products may be supported and exhibited.

12 . The self-standing exhibiting package as in claim 10 , wherein said angular beams being set with their open face outward and ends of said crossbars are attached by their outer faces to said angular beams; pairs of perpendicular angular crossbars are derived at multiple levels on each angular beam making “V” shaped supports, on whose ends other outer angular beams are ser for support; said “V” shaped supports hold crossbars with ¼ circle shape where other same or different products may be supported and exhibited.
