Image commercial transactions system and method

Abstract

An image commercial transactions system and method that are able to implement sales to the purpose of the seller. An e-commerce system for selling a picture and a handling condition specific to the picture, both being recorded on a predetermined recording medium in a predetermined format. The picture to be sold and the handling condition are accepted by an acceptor in a digital format. When a transaction is established, an accounting company carries out an accounting electronically for a purchaser of the picture and the e-commerce condition, thereby both of the picture to be sold and the handling condition are sold as digital data so that the purchased picture is used in a handling manner as intended by the seller. Consequently, the selling of the picture can be made so as to satisfy the intention of the seller.

1 . A portable player for playing music content, the portable player comprising: 
 a memory for storing music data, picture data and title data;    a play device for reproducing the music data, the picture data and the title data from the memory; and    a display device for displaying the reproduced picture data and a title related to the reproduced music data,    wherein the memory receives the music data from a hard disk in a server or a computer which receives and stores music data or moving image data from content broadcasts.    
     
     
         2 . The portable player according to  claim 1 , wherein the memory stores JPEG data for reproduction on the display device, the JPEG data being received from the hard disk and being captured by a digital still camera.  
     
     
         3 . The portable player according to  claim 2 , wherein the display device displays index data configured by a plurality of thumbnail pictures.  
     
     
         4 . The portable player according to  claim 1 , wherein the play device reproduces the music data and outputs the reproduced music data via headphones.  
     
     
         5 . The portable player according to  claim 1 , wherein the play device reproduces the picture data for display by the display device and reproduces the music data for output via headphones.  
     
     
         6 . A method for playing music content, the method comprising: 
 receiving music data or moving image data from content broadcasts or Internet content;    storing the music data or moving image data in a hard disk in a server or a computer;    receiving the music data or moving image data in a memory different from the server or the computer;    reproducing the music data or moving image data from the memory; and    displaying an image related to the reproduced music data or moving image data.    
     
     
         7 . The method according to  claim 6 , wherein the reproducing step includes outputting the reproduced music data via headphones.  
     
     
         8 . The method according to  claim 6 , wherein the displaying step includes displaying the image and then reproducing the music data via headphones.  
     
     
         9 . The method according to  claim 6 , wherein the image includes a picture and content related to the reproduced music data or moving image data.
