Motor vehicle operating data collection and analysis

Abstract

A method of monitoring behavior comprising collecting, uploading and evaluating motor vehicle operation data utilizing on-board diagnostic components (OBDII) and ground positioning satellite (GPS) systems whereby operator identifiable behavior can be rated for driving safety and other characteristics.

1 . A method of monitoring behavior comprising recording time and location marked data of vehicle operation at regular intervals.
