Abstract

A lighter, comprising gas tank, gas outlet assembly, seesaw, ignition device, igniter cap etc, wherein the lighter also includes combustion assembly and a copper ring with re-burning component located on top of the combustion assembly, the said ignition device is a piezoelectric igniter, the said gas tank is without gas input assembly. These form up the main parts of a disposable electronic windproof lighter. Furthermore, the piezoelectric igniter of this lighter is an electronic igniter with Children Resistance function. Comparing with common disposable lighters, the disposable electronic windproof lighter has windproof function, which provides more convenience especially when being used in winter or outdoor. This invention helps to improve people's life quality from one point.

Claims

exact text as granted — not AI-modified
What is claimed is:

1 . A lighter, comprising gas tank 1 , gas outlet assembly 2 , seesaw 3 , ignition device 4 , igniter cap 5 etc, wherein the lighter also includes combustion assembly 6 and copper ring with re-burning component 7 located on top of the combustion assembly 6 , the said ignition device 4 is a piezoelectric igniter, the said gas tank is without gas input assembly 8 . These form up the main parts of a disposable electronic windproof lighter.

2 . The lighter as defined in claim 1 , wherein the springs 9 inside of the said piezoelectric igniter 4 are strengthened springs. When press them downward for 5 mm, the total resistant force is not less than 4.3 kgs. It's hard for children below 3-years-old to operate such a lighter. This piezoelectric igniter 4 is an electronic igniter with Children Resistance function.

3 . The lighter as defined in claim 1 , wherein the re-burning component on the copper ring 7 can be metal wire, metal wire with agglomeration in the middle, bending metal wire, galvanothermy filament, metal flake, metal flake with tiny holes, weaved pattern by single or multiple metal wires, mica, asbestos etc nonmetal materials.

4 . The lighter as defined in claim 1 , wherein there is an arm-like structure 11 on the cover head 10 . When pull down the cover head 10 , the arm-like structure 11 will press down the igniter cap 5 to firstly start-up the seesaw 3 and then touch off the ignition device 4 . The seesaw 3 will open the valve on the gas outlet assembly 2 to release liquefied gas into combustion chamber 13 of the combustion assembly 6 to be atomized and mixed with air. When the igniter cap 5 is being lowered down to enough level, it will touch off the ignition device 4 to generate electric sparks into the combustion chamber via the ignition wire 12 to light up the mixed air inside of the combustion chamber. To strengthen the fire force, the re-burning component on the copper ring 7 after being heated by flame will light up the mixed air that has not been fully burned. The speed of jet flame is bigger than the speed of the wind outside, therefore it will bring the function of windproof. When leave go of the head cover 10 , the springs inside of the ignition device 4 will automatically reposition the head cover 10 into its original location.

5 . The lighter as defined in claim 1 and/or claim 2 and/or claim 3 and/or claim 4 , wherein there is a knob 14 on the gas outlet assembly 2 that can be revolved around by hand to adjust the volume of outgoing gas.

6 . The lighter as defined in claim 1 and/or claim 2 and/or claim 3 and/or claim 4 , wherein the lighter has a casing 15 and a fastening screw 16 for it. The materials of the casing can be plastic and/or metal.

7 . The lighter as defined in claim 1 and/or claim 2 and/or claim 3 and/or claim 4 , wherein there is a viewing window 18 in the shape of round or any other form near the combustion assembly 6 on the middle bracket 17 . It's beautiful and helps heat dissemination of the lighter body.

8 . The lighter as defined in claim 1 , wherein the said gas tank 1 is made of transparent or semi-transparent materials, which provides convenience for the user to observe the volume of the liquefied gas left in the gas tank 1 .

9 . The lighter as defined in claim 1 & claim 6 & claim 8 , wherein when the casing 15 is made of non-transparent plastic or metal materials, there is a vertical observing window 19 in the shape of a strip on the casing 15 , which provides convenience for the user to observe the volume of the liquefied gas left in the gas tank 1 .
