Abstract

A golf club head includes a half-circle metal ring that extends outwards from the rear surface of the head. The weight of the half-circle metal ring is adjustable according to the weight of the head. The half-circle metal ring can be a solid ring or a hollow tube. By change in diameter of the cross section of the half-circle metal ring, the center of gravity moves back in the club head and the center-of-gravity angle as well as the depth of center-of-gravity are both increased so as to achieve greater hitting efficiency.

Claims

exact text as granted — not AI-modified
1 . A golf club head comprising a main body and a half-circle ring,
wherein said main body is a head of drivers, having a hitting surface and a rear surface; said half-circle ring is made of metal material with certain weight and having two flat end surfaces on the same plane for connecting with said rear surface of the main body; said half-circle ring is extending outwards and is perpendicular to the rear surface; the center of gravity of said main body moves back and the center-of-gravity angle as well as the depth of center-of-gravity are both increased.

2 . The golf club head as claimed in claim 1 , wherein said half-circle metal ring is designed in various shapes.

3 . The golf club head as claimed in claim 1 , wherein said half-circle metal ring is a half-circle ring.

4 . The golf club head as claimed in claim 1 , wherein said half-circle metal ring is a half-square grip.

5 . The golf club head as claimed in claim 1 , wherein said half-circle metal ring is a hollow tube.

6 . The golf club head as claimed in claim 1 , wherein said half-circle metal ring is a solid ring.

7 . The golf club head as claimed in claim 1 , wherein at least one hole is disposed on said end surface of said half-circle metal ring for fixing said half-circle metal ring on the rear end of said main body by screws.
