Organic EL display device
Abstract
An organic EL display device includes a first substrate, and a second substrate having one side laminated to one side of the first substrate by a resin seal. The first substrate includes a plurality of pixels, wherein each of the plurality of pixels includes a first electrode surrounded by a bank film made of insulating material, an organic light emitting material formed over the first electrode, a second electrode formed over the organic light emitting material, and a thin film transistor formed under the bank film which electric current flowing between the first and the second electrodes. A material layer which absorbs light having a wavelength of not less than 350 nm and not greater than 410 nm is formed on an other side of the first substrate or the second substrate.
Claims
exact text as granted — not AI-modified1 . An organic EL display device comprising:
a first substrate; and a second substrate laminated to one side of the first substrate by a resin seal; wherein the first substrate comprises a plurality of pixels; wherein each of the plurality of pixels comprises a first electrode surrounded by a bank film made of insulating material, an organic light emitting material formed over the first electrode, a second electrode formed over the organic light emitting material, a thin film transistor formed under the bank film and controlling electric current flowing between the first and the second electrodes; wherein the first electrode is transparent; and wherein a material layer which absorbs light having a wavelength of not less than 350 nm and not greater than 410 nm is formed on an other side of the first substrate.
2 . An organic EL display device according to claim 1 , wherein the bank film overlaps with the material layer.
3 . An organic EL display device comprising:
a first substrate; a second substrate having one side laminated to the first substrate by a resin seal; wherein the first substrate comprises a plurality of pixels; wherein each of the plurality of pixels comprises a first electrode surrounded by a bank film, an organic light emitting material formed over the first electrode, a second electrode formed over the organic light emitting material, a thin film transistor formed under the bank film and controlling electric current flowing between the first and the second electrodes; wherein a material layer which absorbs light having a wavelength of not less than 350 nm and not greater than 410 nm is formed on an other side of the second substrate.
4 . An organic EL display device according to claim 3 , wherein the bank film overlaps with the material layer.Join the waitlist — get patent alerts
