Abstract
The CONVERTABLE OUTRIGGER TRIMIRAN allows a trihull cofiguration for anchoring with outriggers extended to stabilize the top heavy and spacious cabin deck and with outriggers withdrawn has a narrow hull for sailing manuverability and fuel economy. The bow V rudder provides torque for stability and steering when sailing with outriggers withdrawn. The bow V rudder also allows the ship to turn on a dime.
Claims
exact text as granted — not AI-modified1 . A system of extending outriggers from a basic ships hull so as to allow for a main deck wider than the hull thus allowing large cabins.
a system of hydralics to effect the extension of the outriggers which are arranged to limit weeping and seepage of water into the cabin level.
2 . An arrangement of a V bow rudder which stabilizes the top heavy cabin deck when the outriggers are withdrawn and moving and allows the ship to turn on a dime.Join the waitlist — get patent alerts
