Variable background for photographic pictures

Abstract

The invention refers to a variable background for photographic pictures which comprises a flexible basic body, which supports the object which has to be photographed, and at least one adjustment device for modifying the shape of the basic body.

1 . Variable background for photographic pictures, comprising a flexible basic body ( 1 ) which supports the object which has to be photographed and at least one adjustment device ( 3 ) for modifying the shape of the basic body.  
   
   
       2 . Variable background according to  claim 1 , characterised in that the flexible basic body ( 1 ) is formed by a translucent, colourless and/or coloured foil.  
   
   
       3 . Variable background according to  claim 1 , characterised in that the flexible basic body ( 1 ) has such a stiffness that it can take different shapes, however, keeps an even surface when the shape is modified.  
   
   
       4 . Variable background according to  claim 1 , characterised in that the flexible basic body ( 1 ) is formed by a plastic foil, by paper, respectively cardboard, or by a flexible metal foil.  
   
   
       5 . Variable background according to  claim 1 , characterised in that the adjustment device ( 3 ) is indicated by openings ( 3 / 3 ) obtained at least on one side of the flexible basic body ( 1 ) by means of punchings, through which a string, a fiber or the like ( 3 / 1 ) is guided alternately, respectively S-like, wherein at least one end of the string ( 3 / 1 ) can be fixed by means of a fixing means ( 3 / 2 ).  
   
   
       6 . Variable background according to  claim 1 , characterised in that at least on one of the cross sides of the flexible basic body ( 1 ) reinforcements ( 2 ), preferably by means of metal bows, plastic reinforcements or the like are provided.

Variable background according to  claim 1 , characterised in that the flexible basic body ( 1 ) can be brought into an angled position by means of the adjustment device ( 3 ), wherein the angle can be chosen freely and can be modified freely, according to the photographic picture, respectively photo technique.  
   
   
       8 . Variable background according to  claim 1 , characterised in that at least two or more angulations of the flexible basic body ( 1 ) are provided.  
   
   
       9 . Variable background according to  claim 1 , characterised in that the basic body ( 1 ) has such a stiffness that the basic body forms a tunnel if opposite sides of the basic body ( 1 ) are linked and tensioned by means of the adjustment device ( 3 ).

Variable background according to  claim 1 , characterised in that through tensioning of the flexible basic body ( 1 ) by means of the adjustment device ( 3 ), respectively another fixing means, the basic body assumes the shape of a tent, a tube or the shape of a cone, respectively of a truncated cone.

Variable background according to  claim 1 , characterised in that on the longitudinal sides of the basic body ( 1 ) fastening devices ( 4 ), preferably as a Velcro fastener, by means of snap fasteners or as zip fastener, are provided by means of which the basic body ( 1 ) can be fastened to a support or the like.  
   
   
       12 . Variable background according to  claim 1 , characterised in that the basic body ( 1 ) is designed in such a way that it can be put on a frame ( 5 ), in particular be put fixedly.

Variable background according to  claim 1 , characterised in that the basic body ( 1 ) is designed in such a way that it can be put on a frame ( 5 ), in particular be put fixedly, and that the frame ( 5 ) is designed as a frame consisting of at least three parts, wherein the individual frame parts ( 5 / 1 ,  5 / 2 ,  5 / 3 ) can be connected to each other.

Variable background according to  claim 1 , characterised in that the basic body ( 1 ) is designed in such a way that it can be put on a frame ( 5 ), in particular be put fixedly, and the frame ( 5 ) is designed as a frame consisting of at least three parts, wherein the individual frame parts ( 5 / 1 ,  5 / 2 ,  5 / 3 ) can be connected to each other and the frame parts ( 5 / 1 ,  5 / 2 ,  5 / 3 ) can be connected to each other by means of inserted connectors ( 6 ).

Variable background according to  claim 1 , characterised in that the basic body ( 1 ) is designed in such a way that it can be put on a frame ( 5 ), in particular put fixedly, and the frame ( 5 ) is designed as a frame consisting of at least three parts, wherein the individual frame parts ( 5 / 1 ,  5 / 2 ,  5 / 3 ) can be connected with each other and the frame parts ( 5 / 1 ,  5 / 2 ,  5 / 3 ) can be connected to each other by means of inserted connectors ( 6 ) and the inserted connectors ( 6 ) are available in different angles.

Variable background according to  claim 1 , characterised in that the basic body ( 1 ) is designed in such a way that it can be put on a frame ( 5 ), in particular put fixedly, and the frame ( 5 ) is designed as a frame consisting of at least three parts, wherein the individual frame parts ( 5 / 1 ,  5 / 2 ,  5 / 3 ) can be connected to each other and the frame parts ( 5 / 1 ,  5 / 2 ,  5 / 3 ) are connected to each other by means of joints ( 7 ) which can be fixed.

Variable background according to  claim 1 , characterised in that the basic body ( 1 ) is designed in such a way that it can be put on a frame ( 5 ), in particular put fixedly, and the frame ( 5 ), respectively the frame parts ( 5 / 1 ,  5 / 2 ,  5 / 3 ) forming the frame, result from flexible profiles, in particular tubes, which can be formed freely, however, which are, after the forming, sufficiently stable in order to keep the chosen form of the frame ( 5 ), respectively the frame parts ( 5 / 1 ,  5 / 2 ,  5 / 3 ).

Variable background according to  claim 1 , characterised in that the basic body ( 1 ) is designed in such a way that it can be put on a frame ( 5 ), in particular put fixedly, and the frame consists of flexible profiles and the flexible profiles are arranged as adjustment device ( 3 ) on the flexible basic body ( 1 ).

Variable background according to  claim 1 , characterised in that the basic body ( 1 ) is designed in such a way that it can be put on a frame ( 5 ), in particular put fixedly, and the frame ( 5 ) is designed in such a way that it consists of at least three parts, wherein the individual frame parts ( 5 / 1 ,  572 ,  5 / 3 ) can be connected with each other and the frame parts ( 5 / 1 ,  5 / 2 ,  5 / 3 ) are connected by means of joints ( 7 ) which are provided fixedly with catchings.  
   
   
       20 . Variable background according to  claim 1 , characterised in that at least a part of the taking region is formed by an opaque slab ( 8 ) which preferably can be also fastened to, respectively at, the frame ( 5 ).  
   
   
       21 . Variable background according to  claim 1 , characterised in that a light source ( 9 ) can be arranged below, respectively before or behind, the variable background.  
   
   
       22 . Variable background according to  claim 1 , characterised in that a repro column ( 10 ) is provided which can be fastened to the frame ( 5 ).  
   
   
       23 . Variable background according to  claim 1 , characterised by a transport device where all parts of the variable background are stored in such a way that they are fixed in it during transport and are in particular protected against concussions and damages.  
   
   
       24 . Flexible photograph desk, comprising a flexible basic body ( 1 ) according to  claim 1 , and a frame ( 5 ) which supports the flexible basic body ( 1 ) and where the basic body can, in particular, be fastened.  
   
   
       25 . System for a variable background, comprising at least one flexible basic body according to  claim 1 , a frame ( 5 ), at least one opaque slab ( 8 ), one or more light sources ( 9 ), one or more repro columns ( 10 ) and at least one transport device.
