Foldable lotion applicator and pad therefor

Abstract

A laminate lotion application pad having an open cell reticulated polyester polyurethane foam pad body member with a lotion application surface and an opposing surface with a PVC sheet that is self-adhering to plastic covering the opposing surface and attached to the opposing surface by a Myla®r carrier attachment package.

1 . A lotion application pad for a lotion applicator having a pad attachment surface, comprising: 
 an open cell reticulated polyester polyurethane foam pad body member having a lotion application surface and an opposing surface; and    a PVC sheet that is self-adhering to the applicator pad attachment surface without adhesive secured to the opposing surface of said foam pad body member.    
   
   
       2 . The lotion application pad of  claim 1 , further comprising: 
 a pressure sensitive adhesive package with a Mylar® carrier disposed between said opposing surface of said pad body member and said PVC sheet securing said PVC sheet to said opposing surface of said pad body member.    
   
   
       3 . The lotion application pad of  claim 2  wherein said PVC sheet is from stock 1/32 of an inch thick.  
   
   
       4 . The lotion application pad of  claim 2  wherein said PVC sheet is from 10# stock, approximately/32 of an inch thick.  
   
   
       5 . The lotion application pad of  claim 1  wherein said applicator pad attachment surface is made of plastic.
