Abstract

I claim Squito Net, is for keeping mosquitos and other insects out of a vehicle. The material is shaped in the form of a triangular bag. The netting would be elastic and double-nitted at the opening and the tip to prevent tears or breaks when appling to the window portion of the vehicles door. The elasticity of the netting will ensure a seal against the body of the door to keep out pest, at the same time allowing ventilation and some degree of visibility beyond the window.

Claims

exact text as granted — not AI-modified
1 . A removable screening cover for a window in a door of a vehicle comprising,
a generally trapezoidal sheet of porous material sized to at least cover the window opening in the door and being folded over to form a pocket along one edge thereof whereby the cover may be fitted over the door and retained thereon; the porous material having a degree of porosity to render objects on one side of the material to be viewable from the other side of the material when installed over the window; the sheet of material being of double thickness in the folded portion receiving the door; the porous material further having a porosity to render it a barrier to flying insects.

2 . The cover of claim 1 wherein the porous material is elastic.

3 . The cover of claim 1 wherein the folded portion is disposed on two adjacent corners of the trapezoidal shape and disposed to receive the door in tension.
