A vanity mat to be placed on a sink counter comprising: a body, the body having a left end point and a right end point, a free top edge, and a ovular shaped opening; wherein said body further comprises a flexible panel, said flexible panel being a water absorbing material configured to absorb excess water collected on the sink counter.

. The vanity mat of claim 7 , wherein the ovular shaped opening is configured in the shape of said sink, said body of said vanity mat encircles the sink bowl thereby preventing obstruction to the sink.

. The vanity mat of claim 7 , wherein said left end point and said right end point being separated a predetermined distance therein creating said free top edge of said body ovular shaped opening, wherein said body free top edge being configured to accommodate sink fixtures.

. The vanity mat of claim 7 , wherein said body generously covers the sink counter with said water absorbing flexible panel.

. The vanity mat of claim 7 , wherein said water-absorbing material is a cloth like material.

. The vanity mat of claim 7 , wherein said water-absorbing material is a towel made of natural material.

. The vanity mat of claim 7 , wherein said water-absorbing material is a towel made of synthetic material.
