Abstract

An ignition switch has a switch member with a closed device therein, a knob and an electromagnetic valve a driving device. The knob is provided on the switch member for driving the closed device. The switch member further is provided with a chamber, in which a driving device is received. The driving device connects the knob and the electromagnetic valve, whereby the electromagnetic valve is activated while the knob is pressed.

Claims

exact text as granted — not AI-modified
1 . An ignition switch, comprising:
a switch member, in which a closed device and a chamber are provided; a knob provided on the switch member for driving the closed device; an electromagnetic valve, and a driving device received in the chamber of the switch member to connect the knob and the electromagnetic valve, whereby the electromagnetic valve is activated while the knob is pressed.

2 . The ignition switch as defined in claim 1 , wherein the driving device has a driving member connected to a shaft of the knob, a transmission member movably mounted in the chamber of the switch member with an end thereof connected to the driving member and a pushing member mounted between the electromagnetic valve and the pushing member.

3 . The ignition switch as defined in claim 1 , wherein the switch member has a base and a cap secured to the base, the closed member is provided in the base, the electromagnetic valve on a side of the base, the knob is provided on the cap and the chamber communicated with the cap and the electromagnetic valve.

4 . The ignition switch as defined in claim 3 , wherein the chamber has a first chamber and a second chamber connected with each other and the second chamber is open at an end thereof and the transmission member is received in the first chamber and the pushing member is received in the second chamber.

5 . The ignition switch as defined in claim 1 , wherein the driving member has a main member fixed to a shaft of the knob, a pressing portion on a side of the main member to be connected to the transmission member.

6 . The ignition switch as defined in claim 5 , wherein the main member has a hole to be fitted to the shaft of the knob.

7 . The ignition switch as defined in claim 5 , wherein the pressing portion is projected outwardly from the main member.

8 . The ignition switch as defined in claim 2 , wherein the transmission member is moveable in the switch member and is exerted by a spring force.

9 . The ignition switch as defined in claim 8 , wherein the transmission member has a beam with an end thereof received in the chamber and an end thereof connected to the driving member, an elastic device mounted between the end the beam connected to the driving member and an interior wall of the switch member.

10 . The ignition switch as defined in claim 9 , wherein the beam has a post a first block on an end of the post to be connected to the pushing member and a second block on an end of the post to be connected to the driving member.

11 . The ignition switch as defined in claim 10 , wherein the pushing member has a base portion, a pushing portion on the base portion facing the electromagnetic valve and a stop portion on the base portion to be connected to the transmission member.

12 . The ignition switch as defined in claim 10 , wherein the switch member has an order hole communicated with the first chamber and an O-ring mounted in the order hole for leakproof.

13 . The ignition switch as defined in claim 11 , wherein the pushing member has a positioning portion at an end thereof facing the stop portion.
