Elastic bed
Abstract
An elastic bed which comprises an elastic bed body having a framework; and a plurality of support springs; wherein each support spring is formed by a steel strip which is firstly circularly arranged along an orientation to a bottom of the framework and then circularly arranged along an opposite orientation to an upper side of the framework; then the process is repeated to a predetermined length; and plurality of positioning elements for positioning the support springs to the framework. The framework is formed by an upper frame and a lower frame; and a plurality of enhancing supports are connected between the upper frame and the lower frame. Each support spring is spaced to another spring with a length greater than a predetermined one so that no support spring is overlapped to another one. A plurality of positioning elements serves for positioning the support springs to the framework.
Claims
exact text as granted — not AI-modified1 . An elastic bed comprising:
an elastic bed body having a framework; and a plurality of support springs; wherein each support spring is formed by a steel strip which is firstly circularly arranged along an orientation to a bottom of the framework and then circularly arranged along an opposite orientation to an upper side of the framework; then the process is repeated to a predetermined length of the support spring.
2 . The elastic bed as claimed in claim 1 , wherein a plurality of positioning elements for positioning the support springs to the framework.
3 . The elastic bed as claimed in claim 1 , wherein the framework is formed by an upper frame and a lower frame; and a plurality of enhancing supports are connected between the upper frame and the lower frame.
4 . The elastic bed as claimed in claim 1 , wherein each support spring is spaced to another spring with a length greater than a predetermined one so that no support spring is overlapped to another one.
5 . The elastic bed as claimed in claim 1 , wherein at a portion of the support spring for changing the orientation of the support spring has an arc shape bending portion.
6 . The elastic bed as claimed in claim 3 , wherein a plurality of positioning elements for positioning the support springs to the framework; and one end of enhancing support is fixed to a respective one of the plurality of positioning elements.
7 . The elastic bed as claimed in claim 1 , wherein each enhancing support has an S shape.
8 . The elastic bed as claimed in claim 7 , wherein each enhancing support has an upper and a lower horizontal ends; an arc portion of the enhancing support is at a succeeding section of a respective horizontal end; and a tilt section is between two arc portions of an enhancing support.
9 . The elastic bed as claimed in claim 8 , wherein an orientation of the tilt section respective to one respect positioning element of the plurality of positioning elements is 45 degrees.
10 . The elastic bed as claimed in claim 1 , wherein each enhancing support has an M shape.
11 . The elastic bed as claimed in claim 1 , wherein the enhancing support has the upper and lower horizontal ends; each horizontal end is adjacent to an arc portion of the enhancing support; each arc portion is adjacent to a respective tilt section of the enhancing support; and between two tilt sections of an enhancing support has a ring portion for connecting the two tilt sections.
12 . The elastic bed as claimed in claim 1 , wherein an auxiliary spring is used to tie upper portions of two portions of the support spring, where the two portions are of different orientations.Join the waitlist — get patent alerts
