Toilet seat lifter

Abstract

A toilet seat lifter ( 10 ) having a bar ( 12 ) securely positioned under a toilet seat ( 18 A). A shaft ( 14 ) is securely pivotally connected at a top distal end to a side of the bar ( 12 ). A foot pedal ( 16 ) is securely pivotally connected at a bottom distal end of the shaft ( 14 ). The foot pedal ( 16 ) has a foot pedal rocker ( 16 A) positioned approximately in a bottom middle thereof. When a user pushes downwardly on the foot pedal ( 16 ). The shaft ( 14 ) and bar ( 12 ) are raised elevating the toilet seat ( 18 A).

1 . A toilet seat lifter ( 10 ) comprising: 
 A) a bar ( 12 ) positioned under a toilet seat ( 18 A), said toilet seat is substantially ring shaped including a bottom surface, a top surface, an interior face and an exterior face, said toilet seat is pivotally coupled to a toilet mechanism, said bar including a right clip ( 12 R) and a left clip ( 12 L) at each distal end thereof, said bar is aligned with a bottom surface of said toilet seat solely by pressure exerted by said right clip and said left clip on an exterior surface of said toilet seat;    B) a shaft ( 14 ) pivotally connected at a top distal end of the shaft to said bar ( 12 ); and    C) a foot pedal ( 16 ) securely pivotally connected at a bottom distal end of the shaft ( 14 ), the foot pedal ( 16 ) comprises a foot pedal rocker ( 16 A) positioned substantially in a bottom middle thereof, whereby when a user pushes downwardly on the foot pedal ( 16 ), the shaft ( 14 ) and bar ( 12 ) are raised thereby pivoting the toilet seat ( 18 A) about said toilet seat mechanism.

       3 . The toilet seat lifter ( 1 ) as described in  claim 1 , wherein each of the right clip ( 12 R) and the left clip ( 12 L) comprise a U-shaped configuration.
