Abstract

An embroidering and dyeing system includes a dyeing apparatus for forming a dyeing pattern on fabric, and an embroidering machine for forming an embroidery pattern on the fabric before or after the dyeing pattern is formed on the fabric. The embroidery pattern and the dyeing pattern are formed on the basis of a common reference point formed on the fabric.

Claims

exact text as granted — not AI-modified
1 . An embroidering and dyeing system comprising:
a dyeing apparatus for forming a dyeing pattern on a fabric; and an embroidering machine for forming an embroidery pattern on the fabric before or after the dyeing pattern is formed on the fabric; wherein the embroidery pattern and the dyeing pattern are formed on the basis of a common reference point formed on the fabric.

2 . An embroidering and dyeing system according to claim 1 , wherein the common reference point is in an optically recognizable form.

3 . An embroidering and dyeing system according to claim 2 , wherein the optically recognizable form is a pattern formed by several stitches as a needle penetrating into the fabric.

4 . An embroidering and dyeing system according to claim 3 , wherein the pattern is removed from the fabric by removing the stitches.

5 . An embroidering and dyeing system according to claim 2 , wherein the optically recognizable form is a pattern formed by an injection of ink on the fabric.

6 . An embroidering and dyeing system according to claim 5 , wherein the pattern is removed from the fabric by an evaporation of the ink.

7 . An embroidering and dyeing system according to claim 1 , wherein the fabric is held at a common frame in tension mode when the fabric is formed thereon with the embroidery pattern and when the fabric is formed thereon with the dyeing pattern.

8 . An embroidering and dyeing system according to claim 1 , wherein the fabric is held at a first frame in tension mode when the fabric is formed thereon with the embroidery pattern and is held at a second frame in tension mode when the fabric is formed thereon with the dyeing pattern.

9 . An embroidering and dyeing system according to claim 1 , wherein a forming process of the embroidery pattern and/or a forming process of the dyeing pattern on the fabric are indicated on a screen of a display.

10 . An embroidering and dyeing system according to claim 2 , wherein the common reference point is configured into a shape.

11 . An embroidering and dyeing system according to claim 10 , wherein the shape is a circle.

12 . An embroidering and dyeing system comprising:
a dyeing apparatus for forming a dyeing pattern on a work piece such as a leaser; and an embroidering machine for forming an embroidery pattern on the work piece before or after the dyeing pattern is formed on the work piece; wherein the embroidery pattern and the dyeing pattern are formed on the basis of a common reference point formed on the work piece.

13 . An embroidering and dyeing system according to claim 12 , wherein the common reference point is in an optically recognizable form.

14 . An embroidering and dyeing system according to claim 13 , wherein the optically recognizable form is a pattern formed by several stitches as a needle penetrating into the work piece.

15 . An embroidering and dyeing system according to claim 14 , wherein the pattern is removed from the work piece by removing the stitches.

16 . An embroidering and dyeing system according to claim 14 , wherein the optically recognizable form is a pattern formed by an injection of ink on the work piece.

17 . An embroidering and dyeing system according to claim 16 , wherein the pattern is removed from the work piece by an evaporation of the ink.

18 . An embroidering and dyeing system according to claim 12 , wherein the work piece is held at a common frame in tension mode when the work piece is formed thereon with the embroidery pattern and when the work piece is formed thereon with the dyeing pattern.

19 . An embroidering and dyeing system according to claim 12 , wherein the work piece is held at a first frame in tension mode when the work piece is formed thereon with the embroidery pattern and is held at a second frame in tension mode when the work piece is formed thereon with the dyeing pattern.

20 . An embroidering and dyeing system according to claim 12 , wherein a forming process of the embroidery pattern and/or a forming process of the dyeing pattern on the work piece are indicated on a screen of a display.
