Abstract

The technical disclosures of the E-Z Flow Anfo system will be as follows. This system will allow the delivery of blasting materials to a blast hole without dangerous pressure vessels. This system will not use complicated controls that are normally over ridden. This system will take the shape of the vehicle that carries it affording better visibility for the operator. This system uses vacuum instead of pressure to stage the Anfo, for loading. One person instead of two can operate this system. When cleaning time comes it can be opened without taking the tank apart. This system will require much less horsepower for the same amount of work done using today's method of delivery. This system is very much safer then the Anfo systems being used at this time.

1 . The E-Z Flow Anfo system will be largely self-cleaning and if cleaning is needed the top has hinged doors for easy excess to the inside of the hopper.  
   
   
       2 . The E-Z Flow Anfo system will be easily understood by the operators and maintenance people.  
   
   
       3 . The E-Z Flow Anfo system is less costly to own and to operate.  
   
   
       4 . The E-Z Flow Anfo system will not require a yearly pressure certification.  
   
   
       5 . The E-Z Flow Anfo system will not use a dangerous pressure tank.  
   
   
       6 . The E-Z Flow Anfo system will not use complicated controls, the habit of rigging around the control valves will be moot.  
   
   
       7 . The old art of delivery with a pressurized tank required 40 HP+. Not using a pressurized tank the E-Z Flow system will require 7 to 15 HP. Depending on how large the nozzle in the venturi is and how many delivery venturi's are being used on this system at one time. This horsepower is delivered through hydraulic fluid from a Diesel engine. With less HP the emissions will be less. This system will use less fuel. This system will operate with less heat in the hydraulic system and Air Compressor.  
   
   
       8 . The E-Z Flow Anfo system will be the safest most effective method of loading Anfo into a blast hole known to man at this time.
