Method for forming three-dimensional mark on cylindrical tool and die for forming the same
Abstract
The present invention relates to a method for forming three-dimensional mark on a cylindrical tool and a die for forming the same, wherein the method includes the steps as: first, material preparation: choosing a cylindrical tool as a raw material; second, forming an identification area: forming the identification area on a surface of the raw material; third, roll-and-press forming: forming a projecting three-dimensional identification unit by pressing and rolling the identification area of the raw material with a die. The die is formed at a terminal surface with an abutting portion, and at both sides of the abutting portion is formed two guiding portions, the abutting portion is formed with an identification groove, the guiding portions are inclined relative to the terminal surface of the die.
Claims
exact text as granted — not AI-modified1 . A method for forming three-dimensional mark on a cylindrical tool comprising the following steps:
first, material preparation: choosing a cylindrical tool as a raw material; second, forming an identification area: forming an identification area on a surface of the raw material; third, roll-and-press forming: forming a projecting three-dimensional identification unit by pressing and rolling the identification area of the raw material with a die.
2 . The method for forming three-dimensional mark on a cylindrical tool as claimed in claim 1 , in the second step, two annular grooves are formed on the surface of the raw material by cutting method, and between the two annular grooves is defined an identification area.
3 . The method for forming three-dimensional mark on a cylindrical tool as claimed in claim 2 , wherein the two annular grooves are parallel to each other.
4 . The method for forming three-dimensional mark on a cylindrical tool as claimed in claim 1 , in the second step, two annular grooves are formed on the surface of the raw material by extrusion forming, and between the two annular grooves is defined an identification area which projects out of the surface of the raw material.
5 . A die for forming three-dimensional mark on a cylindrical tool is provided at a terminal surface with an abutting portion and two guiding portions formed at both sides of the abutting portion, the abutting portion is formed with an identification groove, the two guiding portions are inclined relative to the terminal surface of the die.
6 . The die for forming three-dimensional mark on a cylindrical tool as claimed in claim 5 , wherein an angle between the guiding portion and the terminal surface of the die is 5 degree.Join the waitlist — get patent alerts
