Abstract

The footwear sole includes: a base plate ( 1 ) having a plurality of pressure rods ( 2 ) engagedly inserted from the base surface; through holes ( 3 ) disposed on the front portion of the base plate for retaining pressure rods ( 2 ) penetrating through a resilient compression plate ( 4 ) with which the back surface of the base plate ( 1 ) is backed, being covered with a bottom plate ( 5 ).

1 . Sole pressing a therapeutic point comprising: 
 a base plate;    at least one hard member disposed on the bottom surface side of said base plate in the vicinity of the center of gravity, having a back-and-forth length smaller than the length of the base plate;    a resilient member disposed in front of the hard member on the bottom surface side of the base plate; and    at least one pressure rod embedded penetratingly through the resilient member and the base plate from the bottom surface side of the resilient member,    wherein, resulting from the compression of the resilient member caused by a weight load transfer during walk, the pressure rod is pushed upward, thereby being protruded from the upper surface of the base plate.    
   
   
       2 . Sole according to  claim 1 , wherein 
 the hard member has a right-to-left width smaller than the width of the base plate, for facilitating rocking tilt of the base plate to the right and left using a transfer of the center of gravity to the tip of the base plate caused by a weight load transfer during walk, thereby enabling adjustment of strength to bodily sensation by the stimulus of the pressure rods.    
   
   
       3 . Sole according to  claim 1 , further comprising: 
 a lever plate movably disposed by axially supported on the rear end by a fulcrum axis in a concave retraction portion perforated on the bottom surface of a backward portion, a heel portion, of the base plate, said lever plate further having an operating protrusion which is disposed in the vicinity thereof, and protrudes downward from the base plate, and    a second pressure rod, of which the lower end abuts on the portion of action of the lever plate, is embedded penetratingly through the base plate to be positioned beneath a therapeutic point of the arch of the foot,    wherein the second pressure rod is pushed up by the operation of the lever plate so as to stimulate the arch of the foot.    
   
   
       4 . Sole according to  claim 1 , 
 wherein the top surface of the footwear base plate is covered with a soft cover plate, so as to mitigate the pressing stimulus of the pressure rod.    
   
   
       5 . Sole according to  claim 4 . 
 wherein the surface of the soft cover plate on the base plate is detachably covered with a clean thin-film sanitary sheet.    
   
   
       6 . Sole according to  claim 1 . 
 wherein, the footwear sole is used to footwear including sandals, geta with straps, slippers and shoes.    
   
   
       7 . Sole pressing a therapeutic point comprising: 
 a base plate;    at least one hard member disposed on the bottom surface side of said base plate in the vicinity of the center of gravity, having a back-and-forth length and a right-to-left width smaller than those of the base plate;    a resilient member disposed in the circumference of the hard member on the bottom surface side of the base plate; and    at least one pressure rod being embedded penetratingly through the resilient member and the base plate from the bottom surface side of the resilient member in the vicinity of the right and left sides of the hard member,    wherein, resulting from the compression of the resilient member on the right and left sides of the hard member caused by the inclination of the base plate to the right and left directions, the pressure rod is pushed upward, thereby being protruded from the upper surface of the base plate.    
   
   
       8 . Sole pressing a therapeutic point comprising: 
 a base plate;    at least one hard member disposed on the bottom surface side of said base plate in the vicinity of the center of gravity having a back-and-forth length and a right-to-left width smaller than those of the base plate;    a resilient member disposed in the circumference of the hard member on the bottom surface side of the base plate;    a fluid storage for storing fluid, being disposed inside the base plate so as to be protrusible from the upper surface of the base plate according to the movement of the fluid; and    at least one pressure rod being embedded in and penetrating through at least the resilient member from the bottom surface side of the resilient member, so as to reach the bottom surface of the fluid storage,    wherein, by the compression of the resilient member caused by the inclination of the base plate to the back and forth directions or the right and left directions, the pressure rod is pushed upward and deformed and based on the movement of the fluid in the fluid storage resulting from the deformation of the fluid storage, the fluid storage is protruded from the upper surface of the base plate.    
   
   
       9 . Sole according to  claim 8 , 
 wherein the base plate and the hard member are integrally formed.    
   
   
       10 . Sole according to  claim 8 , 
 wherein the fluid is either air or a gel substance.    
   
   
       11 . Sole pressing a therapeutic point comprising: 
 a base plate;    at least one hard member disposed on the bottom surface side of said base plate in the vicinity of the center of gravity, having a back-and-forth length and a right-to-left width smaller than those of the base plate;    a resilient member disposed in the circumference of the hard member on the bottom surface side of the base plate; and    at least one fluid storage for storing fluid, being embedded penetratingly through the resilient member and the base plate from the bottom surface side of the resilient member,    wherein, by the compression of the resilient member caused by the inclination of the base plate to the back and forth directions or the right and left directions, the fluid storage is pushed upward and deformed, and based on the movement of the fluid in the fluid storage resulting from the deformation of the fluid storage, the fluid storage is protruded from the upper surface of the base plate.    
   
   
       12 . A pair of shoes having the sole according to  claim 1 .  
   
   
       13 . A pair of shoes having the sole according to  claim 7 .  
   
   
       14 . A pair of shoes having the sole according to  claim 8 .  
   
   
       15 . A pair of shoes having the sole according to  claim 11.
