Abstract

A golf club bag comprises a bag and a stand assembly. The bag has a flexible barrel, a base fixed to a bottom of the barrel, a head frame fixed to a top of the barrel and a reinforced device. The reinforced device is projected from the head frame. The reinforced device has a length shorter than the barrel. The stand assembly has two shafts pivoted on the head frame at where opposite to the reinforced device and an elastic member. The elastic member has a bottom end inserted into the barrel and pivoted on the base and two free ends pivoted on the shafts respectively. There is a distance between a pivotal position, which is the elastic member pivoted on the base, and a periphery of the base.

Claims

exact text as granted — not AI-modified
1 . A golf club bag, comprising:
a bag having a flexible barrel with an opening on a front side thereof a base fixed to a bottom of the barrel, a head frame fixed to a top of the barrel, and a stand assembly having two shafts pivoted on a front of the head frame and an elastic member having a bottom end inserted into the barrel and pivoted on the base and two free ends pivoted on the shafts respectively, wherein there is a predetermined distance between a pivotal position, which is the elastic member pivoted on the base, and a front of periphery of the base.

2 . The golf club bag as defined in claim 1 , wherein there is a reinforced device projected from a rear of the head frame, which is made of a material harder than the barrel, wherein the reinforced device has a predetermined length shorter than the barrel.

3 . The golf club bag as defined in claim 1 , wherein the head frame has a predetermined height and there is a predetermined distance between a pivotal position, which is the elastic member pivoted on the head frame, and a bottom of the head frame.

4 . The golf club bag as defined in claim 2 , wherein the length of the reinforced device is greater than a distance between the head frame and the free ends of the elastic member.

5 . The golf club bag as defined in claim 4 , further comprising a grip fixed to the barrel, wherein the reinforced device has opposite ends thereof fixed to the head frame and the barrel respectively.

6 . The golf club bag as defined in claim 4 , wherein the reinforced device has a bar fixed to an interior side of the barrel.

7 . The golf club bag as defined in claim 4 , wherein the reinforced device has two bars fixed to an interior side of the barrel and there is a predetermined distance between the bars.

8 . The golf club bag as defined in claim 1 , wherein a distance between the pivotal position of the elastic member and the periphery of the base at a front side is smaller than a distance between the pivotal position of the elastic member and the periphery of the base at a rear side.

9 . The golf club bag as defined in claim 1 , wherein the elastic member has a bar on an end of which is the bottom end of the elastic member and has an elastic fork on ends of which are the free ends of the elastic member.

10 . The golf club bag as defined in claim 1 , wherein the elastic member is made of an elastic member and is made into a V shape.

11 . The golf club bag as defined in claim 1 , wherein the bag has an interior space in the barrel between the head frame and the base in which the elastic has a section is received.

12 . The golf club bag as defined in claim 11 , wherein the bag is provided with an elongated cloth with a middle section thereof crossing the head frame and ends thereof fixed to the base and the interior space is formed in the cloth.

13 . The golf club bag as defined in claim 11 , wherein the elastic member is made of an elastic member and is made into a V shape.
