Abstract

The present invention relates to polynucleotide and polypeptide molecules for zacrp13, a novel member of the family of proteins bearing a collagen-like domain and a C1q domain. Novel zacrp13 polypeptides, polynucleotides encoding the polypeptides, and related compositions and methods are disclosed. Also disclosed are antibodies to the zacrp13 protein or fragments thereof.

         8 . The isolated polypeptide of  claim 7  wherein the recombinant polypeptide is produced in a mammalian cell.  
     
     
         9 . The isolated polypeptide of  claim 7  wherein the recombinant polypeptide is produced in a Chinese hamster ovary cell.  
     
     
         10 . The isolated polypeptide of  claim 1  further comprising an affinity tag.
