Abstract

A grease guiding structure for kitchen ventilator comprises a housing, a grease-guiding ring, a grease-guiding tray and a grease cup. The housing is interiorly defined with a flow passage in which is disposed a fan housing. The grease-guiding ring is located in the flow passage of the housing. A stopper is disposed on a periphery of the grease-guiding tray, a stripe hole is formed between both ends of the stopper. The grease-guiding tray is disposed bellow the ring. The grease cup is detachably fixed to the bottom of the grease-guiding tray. By such arrangements, the grease can be guided and collected without dropping to the floor or to the gas cooker.

Claims

exact text as granted — not AI-modified
1 . A grease guiding structure for a kitchen ventilator comprising:
a housing, inside of which formed with a flow passage, and a fan housing disposed in the flow passage; a grease-guiding ring provided with a guiding groove, at a lowest portion of the guiding groove formed with a mouth, and the grease-guiding ring is located in the flow passage of the housing; a grease-guiding tray, on a periphery of which provided with a stopper that is located a distance above a surface of the grease-guiding tray, a stripe hole formed between both ends of the stopper, the grease-guiding tray is fixed to a lower end of the grease-guiding ring in a manner that the stripe hole is aligned to the mouth of the grease-guiding ring; a grease cup detachably fixed to a lower end of the grease-guiding tray and corresponded to the stripe hole.

2 . The grease guiding structure for a kitchen ventilator as claimed in claim 1 , wherein the fan housing is connected with a guiding pipe which extends to the guiding groove of the grease-guiding ring.

3 . The grease guiding structure for a kitchen ventilator as claimed in claim 1 , wherein the grease-guiding ring is integrally formed at a lower end of the housing.

4 . The grease guiding structure for a kitchen ventilator as claimed in claim 1 , wherein a connecting portion is provided at an inner side of the guiding groove, on which is provided with a connecting member that is connected to the surface of the grease-guiding tray, at an edge of the stripe hole of the grease-guiding tray is formed with a locking portion, on which another connecting member is provided for connecting to the housing.

5 . The grease guiding structure for a kitchen ventilator as claimed in claim 1 , wherein the grease-guiding ring is detachably assembled to the lower end of the housing.

6 . The grease guiding structure for a kitchen ventilator as claimed in claim 5 , wherein a ring-shaped guiding plate is welded to the inner wall of the flow passage in the housing in a manner that the a lower edge of the ring-shaped plate is aligned to the guiding groove of the grease-guiding ring, so as to guide the oil into the guiding groove.
