Visor using soft and hard materials

Abstract

A visor using soft material like flexible as well as highly elastic EVA (Ethylene Vinyl Acetate) and hard material like PE (Polyethylene) foam keeping visor in shape is attached under portion in front of crown, therefore said visor comes with special feature which makes user can gain more broad vision through controlling it by two steps, by solving the problem of pressure feeling in both sides of the wearer's head including forehead, unlike conventional cap, when worn for extended time, the wearer do not feel any pressure.

1 . A visor using soft and hard materials for headwear; said visor is composed of soft material and hard material being located on the edge of soft material, and upper fabric and lower fabric wrapping said two materials, and circumferential line of visor comprising soft material and hard material is sewn, and another sewing line is made between said two materials.  
   
   
       2 . The visor as set forth in  claim 1 , wherein the soft material is EVA.  
   
   
       3 . The visor as set forth in  claim 1 , wherein the hard material is PE foam.

       9 . Headwear comprising: 
 a crown main body;    a headband sewn to an inner lower edge of said crown main body;    a visor connected to a lower edge of a front part of said crown main body;    said visor is composed of soft material and hard material being located on the edge of soft material, and upper fabric and lower fabric wrapping said two materials, and circumferential line of visor comprising soft material and hard material is sewn, and another sewing line is made between said two materials.    
   
   
       10 . The headwear as set forth in  claim 4 , wherein the soft material is EVA.  
   
   
       11 . The headwear as set forth in  claim 4 , wherein the hard material is PE foam.
