The fact that the invention works without any harmful chemicals that might damage the earth's soil and environment. 3. The invention has a very long life span that is maintenance free after insulation since it is made of a rigid durable plastic material. 4. The fact that a person can operate a lawn mower close enough to a fence to keep the fence line free and clear of unwanted plant foilage growth is a new point to the art of this invention. 5. The fact that the invention will act as a measuring tool due to the fact that the two holes that are provided in the invention for the fence post will always maintain an 8 feet, 0 inch center from the center of one hole to the center of the other hole allowing a person to lay out the fence post in equal distance apart from each other.

1 . What I the inventor claim as my invention is the fact of where and how the invention is installed on a fence. I claim the fact that the invention stops ground growth foilage such as grass and trees from growing in a fence line. I, the inventor claim the fact that the invention rests on the ground between the fence and the ground and stops sunlight from reaching the ground. The fact that the invention stops the sunlight and is made of a rigid polyethylene plastic will stop the growth of plant foilage directly beneath the invention, which is directly underneath the fence in a fence line. I the inventor claim the fact that the invention after installation becomes a permanent part of a fence.
