Abstract

A frame work insert for inserting and attaching to roller skate and skate board wheels to permit a spinner design to spin freely from said insert.

1 . An insert for a nonpneumatic wheel comprising a bearing means for a free-spinning spinning member and frame means for connecting said bearing means to said wheel to permit spinning about a central axis of rotation of said wheel.  
   
   
       2 . An insert as described in  claim 1  wherein said means for connecting comprises at least one set screw for holding said insert within an inner diameter of said wheel.  
   
   
       3 . An insert as described in  claim 1  wherein said insert comprises a cylinder with a web on an end.  
   
   
       4 . An insert as described in  claim 3  wherein said web further comprises a central location for said spinner to attach.
