Abstract

A spin panel assembly for supporting pluralities of product merchandise in spaced fashion from a vertically extending surface. A horizontally extending member secures at a first end to a location of the vertically extending support surface. A display assembly suspends from a second end of the horizontally extending member, the display assembly includes a multi-sided display panel, a plurality of apertures being formed in spaced increments through at least one of the display panel sides and hangers engaging through the apertures and in order to support thereupon individual volumes of the product merchandise. Advertisement indicia is placed upon at least one of the display panel sides and in at least partially non-obscuring fashion relative to the hangers and product merchandise.

Claims

exact text as granted — not AI-modified
1 . A spin panel assembly for supporting pluralities of product merchandise in spaced fashion from a vertically extending surface, comprising:
a horizontally extending member securing at a first end to a location of the vertically extending support surface; a display assembly suspending from a second end of said horizontally extending member, said display assembly including a multi-sided display panel, a plurality of apertures being formed in spaced increments through at least one of said display panel sides; and hangers engaging through said apertures and in order to support thereupon individual volumes of the product merchandise.

2 . The spin panel assembly as described in claim 1 , said horizontally extending member further comprising inner and outer telescoping portions.

3 . The spin panel assembly as described in claim 1 , further comprising a lip extending from a selected edge location of said multi-sided panel and for assembling said display panel into a polygonal cross-sectional shaped and elongate extending article.

4 . The spin panel assembly as described in claim 3 , said multi-sided display panel comprising first, second and third interconnecting sides, establishing an elongated triangular shape.

5 . The spin panel assembly as described in claim 3 , said display panel exhibiting a specified shape and size and being constructed of at least one of a durable and substantially rigid plastic, metal, paperboard composite material.

6 . The spin panel assembly as described in claim 4 , further comprising a pair of three-sided brackets, said multi-sided display panel engaging about said brackets at top and bottom locations, respectively.

7 . The spin panel assembly as described in claim 6 , further comprising the provision of rivets for securing each of said top and bottom panel locations to associated sides of said brackets.

8 . The spin panel assembly as described in claim 7 , further comprising a fastener extending downwardly from said second end of said horizontal member and engaging through an upper surface location of a top located bracket.

9 . The spin panel assembly as described in claim 1 , said horizontally extending member further comprising a foot support securing to a slotted backplate associated with the vertically extending surface.

10 . The spin panel assembly as described in claim 1 , further comprising advertisement indicia placed upon at least one of said display panel sides and in at least non-obscuring fashion relative to said hangers and product merchandise.

11 . The spin panel assembly as described in claim 1 , said horizontally extending member further comprising a fixed horizontal arm.

12 . A spin panel assembly for supporting pluralities of product merchandise in spaced fashion from a vertically extending surface, comprising:
a horizontally extending member securing at a first end to a location of the vertically extending support surface; a display assembly suspending from a second end of said horizontally extending member, said display assembly including a multi-sided display panel, a plurality of apertures being formed in spaced increments through at least one of said display panel sides; a pair of multi-sided brackets supporting said multi-sided display panel at top and bottom locations, fasteners securing each of said top and bottom panel locations to associated sides of said brackets; a fastener extending downwardly from said second end of said horizontal member and engaging through an upper surface location of a top located bracket; hangers engaging through said apertures and in order to support thereupon individual volumes of the product merchandise; and advertisement indicia placed upon at least one of said display panel sides and in at least partially non-obscuring fashion relative to said hangers and product merchandise.

13 . A spin panel assembly for supporting pluralities of product merchandise in spaced fashion from a vertically extending surface, comprising:
a horizontally extending member securing at a first end to a location of the vertically extending support surface, said horizontally extending member further comprising inner and outer telescoping portions, a foot support securing to a slotted backplate associated with the vertically extending surface; a display assembly suspending from a second end of said horizontally extending member, said display assembly including a three-sided display panel, a plurality of apertures being formed in spaced increments through each of said display panel sides; a pair of three-sided brackets supporting said multi-sided display panel at top and bottom locations, each of said brackets including flange portions for receiving fasteners to secure each of said top and bottom panel locations to associated sides of said brackets; a fastener extending downwardly from said second end of said horizontal member and engaging through an upper surface location of a top located bracket; and advertisement indicia placed upon at least one of said display panel sides and in at least partially non-obscuring fashion relative to said hangers and product merchandise.
