Automatic collapsed umbrella

Abstract

The invention relates to an automatic collapsed umbrella, which includes a controller mounted on second tube of the shaft. The controller has an inner rod for engaging with an aperture on the first tube to position the umbrella in stable opening state. The umbrella also includes a main spring provided between the runner and upper joint that accompanying the controller to close the collapsed umbrella in ease.

An automatic collapsed umbrella including a shaft composed by a first tube, a second tube, and a third tube, which connects its top end with a joint, and its bottom end with a handle, a runner being provided around the shaft and inner ends of the ribs being connected with the joint and the runner, two wheels being provided under the joint at opposite sides, a main spring being provided around the first tube between the joint and the runner, a controller being connected on top of the second tube and provided with an inner lateral rod connected with a small spring for providing elastic force to push the rod outward to engage with an aperture on the first tube for keeping the umbrella in opened state, a controlling wire connecting its upper end with inner end of the rod and its lower end with an end of a swing piece, which is provided in the handle and has its other end contact with inner face of a button mounted on the handle, a connector being connected on top of the third tube, which includes an axis for winding a connecting wire, wherein the connecting wire has its both ends upward to pass through the respective channel of the controller extending to the wheel and then to turn downward to connect with the runner, and a V-shape elastic slice being provided in the shaft to position the second tube and the third tube.  
   
   
       2 . An automatic collapsed umbrella as claimed in  claim 1 , wherein the collapsed umbrella has two or more folded tubes.
