Arrangement of Structural Components That Are Moveable Relative to One Another and Assume a Defined Stable Position by Means of a Locking Device in at Least Two Relative Positions
Abstract
An arrangement of a first structural component and a second structural component that are movable relative to one another and assume a defined stable position in at least two relative positions to one another has a locking device with at least two locking recesses and at least one locking nose interacting with the at least two locking recesses. The locking recesses are provided on the first structural component and the at least one locking nose is provided on the second structural component. The locking device provides securing forces of different magnitude for unlocking the at least one locking nose depending on a direction of relative movement of the first and second structural components relative to one another.
Claims
exact text as granted — not AI-modified1 . An arrangement comprising:
a first structural component and a second structural component that are movable relative to one another and assume a defined stable position in at least two relative positions to one another; a locking device comprising at least two locking recesses and at least one locking nose interacting with the at least two locking recesses; wherein the at least two locking recesses are provided in the first structural component and the at least one locking nose is provided in the second structural component; wherein the locking device is configured to provide securing forces of different magnitude for unlocking the at least one locking nose, wherein the different magnitude depends on a direction of relative movement of the first and second structural components relative to one another.
2 . The arrangement according to claim 1 , wherein the at least one locking nose and the at least two locking recesses have an asymmetric cross-sectional shape.
3 . The arrangement according to claim 1 , wherein the at least one locking nose or the at least two locking recesses have an asymmetric cross-sectional shape.
4 . The arrangement according to claim 1 , further comprising a spring loading the at least one locking nose in a locking direction.
5 . The arrangement according to claim 4 , wherein the spring is an elastic arm having a free end on which free end the at least one locking nose is formed.
6 . The arrangement according to claim 1 , wherein the at least one locking nose and the at least two locking recesses have an arc-shaped curved cross-sectional shape.
7 . The arrangement according to claim 1 , wherein the at least one locking nose or the at least two locking recesses have an arc-shaped curved cross-sectional shape.
8 . The arrangement according to claim 1 , wherein the at least one locking nose and the at least two locking recesses have a trapezoidal cross-sectional shape.
9 . The arrangement according to claim 1 , wherein the at least one locking nose or the at least two locking recesses have a trapezoidal cross-sectional shape.
10 . The arrangement according to claim 1 , wherein the first and second structural components form a swivel joint comprised of a first joint part and a second joint part, wherein the first joint part has a circular recess and wherein the second joint part has a rotary body that is received in the circular recess, and wherein the locking device is provided on a circumferential wall of the rotary body and a circumferential wall of the circular recess.
11 . The arrangement according to claim 10 , wherein the locking device has three of the at least two locking recesses and three of the at least one locking nose, wherein the three locking recesses and locking noses are staggered at a rotary angle of 120 degrees relative to one another, respectively.
12 . The arrangement according to claim 10 , wherein the locking device has two locking units each comprised of one of the at least two locking recesses and one of the at least one locking nose, wherein the two locking units are staggered by 180 degrees relative to one another.
13 . The arrangement according to claim 10 , wherein the rotary body has springy arms and wherein the at least one locking nose is arranged on one of the springy arms, respectively.
14 . The arrangement according to claim 10 , wherein the rotary body is a separate component and is connected to the second joint part so as to rotate commonly with the second joint part.
15 . The arrangement according to claim 14 , wherein the rotary body is a ring comprising an inner toothing and wherein the second joint part comprises a ring gear meshing with the inner toothing.
16 . The arrangement according to claim 12 , wherein the rotary body is a round disk and is connected positively to the second joint part.
17 . The arrangement according to claim 10 , wherein the first and second joint parts are provided with sockets adapted to be inserted into connecting components.
18 . The arrangement according to claim 15 , wherein the circular recess has a bottom with a central pin or a central sleeve, wherein the ring gear of the second joint part has a central bore, and wherein the central bore of the second joint part is supported on the central pin or the central sleeve.
19 . The arrangement according to claim 13 , wherein the springy arms extend substantially in a circumferential direction of the rotary body across an angle of approximately 65 degrees.
20 . The arrangement according to claim 10 , wherein the second joint part has a central pin that is centrally arranged relative to an axis of rotation of the swivel joint and that passes through the rotary body and is received in an opening provided in a bottom of the circular recess.Join the waitlist — get patent alerts
