Smokeless grilling oven

Abstract

A smokeless grilling oven is disclosed. The oven comprises a grate, a frame body, a plurality of infra-red heaters which equals the number of sides of the frame body, and a slanting securing rack for mounting the heaters, wherein the grate is placed onto the frame body and the bottom edge of the frame body suspends the slanting securing rack and the infra-red heaters are mounted onto the slanting securing rack so that the emitting end of the heater is slopingly facing the bottom of the grate.

A smokeless grilling oven comprising a grate, a frame body, a plurality of infra-red heaters which equals the number of sides of the frame body, and a slanting securing rack for mounting the heaters, wherein the barbecuing net is placed onto the frame body and the bottom edge of the frame body suspends the slanting securing rack and the infra-red heaters are mounted onto the slanting securing rack so that the emitting end of the heater is slopingly facing the bottom of the barbecuing net.  
   
   
       2 . The smokeless grilling oven of  claim 1 , wherein the frame body is formed from a plurality of conduits and at least a pair of the conduits have a lower edge projecting out to hold a holding plate for placing the barbecuing net.  
   
   
       3 . The smokeless grilling oven of  claim 2 , wherein the heat emitting ends of the heaters form an opening having an area equal to the heat emitting end.  
   
   
       4 . The smokeless grilling oven of  claim 1  or  3 , wherein the sloping securing rack connected to one end of the frame body is vertically extended to form a suspension rod of a predetermined height.
