Laminated panel

Abstract

A laminated panel mainly comprises a base panel and a veneer which is attached to the base panel by adhesive. The base panel has a rough, uneven and meshed surface for easily and firmly bonding to the wet cement applied on the floor or the wall. The another surface of the base panel is pasted with a layer of adhesive to be attached with a decoratively surfaced veneer to become a complete wall panel used as the ceramic tile directly applied to the wall. It is very easy to paste with high quality, presenting beautiful elegant wooden patterns and it is expected to take the place of all the laminated wall decorative material.

1 . A laminated panel of this invention mainly comprises a base panel, an adhesive and a veneer which is pasted on the adhesive, the base panel has rough, uneven and meshed surface for being firmly attached to concrete on the wall or on the ground, the rough surface is further coated with a layer adhesive to receive the thin veneer to form a flat surface and works as a unit.  
   
   
       2 . A laminated panel as claimed in  claim 1  in which the base panel is directly placed on the sintered ceramic tile.  
   
   
       3 . A laminated panel as claimed in  claim 1 , wherein said the base panel is a concrete slab with meshed surface.  
   
   
       4 . A laminated panel as claimed in  claim 1 , wherein said the decorative pattern of the veneer can be prefabricated.  
   
   
       5 . A laminated panel as claimed in  claim 1 , wherein said the size of the veneer is little bit larger than the base panel so as to form a seal and to maintain the seamless surface.  
   
   
       6 . A laminated panel as claimed in  claim 1 , wherein said each unit of the wall can be made in rectangular form.  
   
   
       7 . A laminated panel as claimed in  claim 1 , wherein said the panel can be made in polyhedron.
