Claims

exact text as granted — not AI-modified
. A feeding chair apparatus, comprising:
a highchair adapted for use by a child having a first seat member and a base connected to the first seat member; and a second seat member operatively or removably connected to the highchair.

. The apparatus according to claim 1 , wherein the second seat member is operatively connected to the highchair by a connecting member which allows positioning of the second seat member in a plurality of positions in relation to the highchair.

. The apparatus according to claim 2 , wherein the connecting member comprises a swing arm, a slide member, a telescoping member, or a combination thereof.

. The apparatus according to claim 3 , wherein the connecting member has a first portion moveably or fixedly connected to the highchair and a second portion moveably or fixedly connected to the second seat member.

. The apparatus according to claim 4 , wherein the base includes one or more legs, wherein the connecting member first portion is connected to the base, and wherein the second seat member is substantially positionable in the base.

. The apparatus according to claim 5 , wherein the connecting member first portion is connected to a lower portion of the base and the second portion is connected to a lower portion of the second seat member, and wherein the connecting member comprises a swing arm, a slide member, a telescoping member, or a combination thereof.

. The apparatus according to claim 1 , wherein the second seat member includes a seat and a base portion and wherein either a portion of the seat or base portion of the second seat member or both are removably connected to the base of the highchair.

. The apparatus according to claim 7 , wherein the second seat member is removably connected to a seat member holding element or a bottom member of the base.

. The apparatus according to claim 8 , wherein the second seat member seat has a bottom which is removably connected to seat member holding element which is a rail connected to a leg member of the base of the highchair.

. The apparatus according to claim 1 , wherein the second seat member includes one or more folding legs, one or more height adjustable legs, or a combination thereof.

. The apparatus according to claim 6 , wherein the second seat member includes one or more folding legs, one or more height adjustable legs, or a combination thereof.

. The apparatus according to claim 9 , wherein the second seat member includes one or more folding legs, one or more height adjustable legs, or a combination thereof.

. The apparatus according to claim 1 , wherein the child seat member includes a seat back, a seat bottom and a side member for seating a child within the child chair assembly.

. The apparatus according to claim 6 , wherein the child seat member includes a seat back, a seat bottom and a side member for seating a child within the child chair assembly.

. The apparatus according to claim 9 , wherein the child seat member includes a seat back, a seat bottom and a side member for seating a child within the child chair assembly.

. A feeding chair apparatus, comprising:
a child chair assembly having a child seat member; and an adult seat assembly located in a housing of said child chair assembly and operatively or removably connected thereto.

. The apparatus according to claim 16 , wherein the child seat member includes a seat back, a seat bottom and a side member for seating a child within the child chair assembly, and wherein the base includes two or more legs defining the housing therebetween.

. The apparatus according to claim 18 , wherein said housing includes a holding element connected to one or more legs of the base, and wherein the adult seat assembly has a seat connected to one or more legs, and wherein the seat bottom is removably connected to the housing adult seat assembly holding element.

. The apparatus according to claim 17 , wherein the base has a bottom member which extends a predetermined distance inwardly from each leg, and wherein the adult seat assembly has at least one leg which is removably connected to the housing bottom member.
