Sports shoe, particularly for motorcycling

Abstract

A sports shoe, particularly for motorcycling, comprising an upper with which a sole is associated; at least one receptacle is formed in the sole at least at the outer region of the plantar surface of the foot. One or more outsoles can be accommodated detachably within the at least one receptacle and are thicker than, or as thick as, the at least one receptacle; the sole and the one or more outsoles are detachably associable by way of connecting layers of temporary dry grip material.

A sports shoe for motorcycling, comprising: an upper; a sole associated with the upper; at least one receptacle provided on said sole, at least at an outer region of a plantar surface of a foot of a user; at least one outsole that is thicker than said at least one receptacle, and is shaped so as to be accommodatable therein; and connecting means constituted by layers of temporary dry grip material that are provided between said sole and at least one outsole for detachable connection thereof to each other.  
     
     
         2 . A sports shoe for motocross, comprising: an upper; a sole associated with said upper; at least one receptacle provided on said sole that runs from an inner metatarsal region toward an outside region of a plantar surface of a foot of a user to comprise an entire cross-section of said sole in an arch region of the sole; and a step that connects the arch region to a heel of said sole; at least one outsole accommodatable in said at least one receptacle that is thick as, and preferably thicker than, said at least one receptacle, and connecting means constituted by layers of temporary dry grip material provided at said at least one receptacle for detachably connecting to each other said sole and said at least one outsole.  
     
     
         3 . The sports shoe of  claim 1 , comprising a first receptacle and a second receptacle that are formed on a lower surface of said sole, in the outer region of the plantar surface of the foot of the user, preferably at metatarsal and heel regions of the sole.  
     
     
         4 . The sports shoe of  claim 3 , wherein said first and second receptacles run transversely along at least half the width of said sole, starting from a center region thereof and extending up to a perimetric edge of said sole and anyway to a region adjacent thereto, each one of said first and second receptacles extending over part of a height of said sole.  
     
     
         5 . The sports shoe of  claim 4 , wherein said first front receptacle lies longitudinally between a tip region of said sole and the arch region thereof and is substantially rectangular, so as to occupy an outer half of said sole in the metatarsal region of the sole.  
     
     
         6 . The sports shoe of  claim 5 , wherein said second rear receptacle is substantially rectangular and occupies an outer half of the heel of said sole and also extends along a rear part of said perimetric edge of said sole.  
     
     
         7 . The sports shoe of  claim 6 , wherein said first and second receptacles, respectively, have a first, preferably flat bottom and a second, preferably flat bottom, and a first layer of temporary dry grip material and a second layer of temporary dry grip material respectively coupled at said first and second bottoms, each one of said first and second layers being preferably provided by way of a film of a material comprising complemental parts that are adherable by pressure and are further separable when pulled apart.  
     
     
         8 . The sports shoe of  claim 7 , comprising a first outsole, which is substantially shaped like a parallelepiped, has a cross-section that duplicates a cross-section of said first receptacle so as to be detachably insertable therein, and has a height that is greater than a depth of said first receptacle, a first lower face of said first outsole protruding from the first receptacle by a selected extent upon accommodation of said first outsole in said first receptacle.  
     
     
         9 . The sports shoe of  claim 8 , wherein a second upper face of said first outsole has a shape that duplicates a shape of said first bottom of said first receptacle so as to mate with said first bottom.  
     
     
         10 . The sports shoe of  claim 9 , comprising a third layer of temporary dry grip material, preferably provided of a material comprising complemental parts that are adherable by pressure and are further separable when pulled apart, said third layer being applied to said second face in an upper region thereof so as to adhere to said first layer, to provide a stable but nonetheless detachable coupling between said first outsole and said sole.  
     
     
         11 . The sports shoe of  claim 10 , comprising a second outsole, which is substantially shaped like a parallelepiped, has a cross-section that duplicates a cross-section of said second receptacle, is formed in the heel of said sole, is insertable detachably in said second receptacle, and has a height that is greater than a depth of said second receptacle, with a third lower face of said second outsole protruding from said second receptacle by a selected extent when said second outsole is accommodated in said second receptacle.  
     
     
         12 . The sports shoe of  claim 11 , wherein a fourth upper face of said first outsole has a shape that duplicates a shape of said second bottom of said second receptacle so as to mate therewith.  
     
     
         13 . The sports shoe of  claim 12 , comprising a fourth layer of temporary dry grip material, preferably provided by way of a material comprising complemental parts that are adherable by pressure and are further separable when pulled apart, said fourth layer being applied to said fourth face in an upper region thereof so as to adhere to said second layer, providing a stable but nonetheless detachable coupling between said second outsole and said sole.  
     
     
         14 . The sports shoe of  claim 1 , comprising a single third receptacle provided below said sole, that is at least as wide as half of said sole, and lies, in an outer region of said sole, at the metatarsus, at the arch and at the heel of the sole, extending at an outer and rear parts of said perimetric edge of said sole.  
     
     
         15 . The sports shoe of  claim 14 , wherein said third receptacle is provided with a third bottom, with applied thereon a fifth layer of grip material, preferably constituted by a film of a material comprising complemental parts that are adherable by pressure and are further separable when pulled apart.  
     
     
         16 . The sports shoe of  claim 15 , comprising a third outsole, which is substantially shaped like a parallelepiped and has a cross-section that duplicates a cross-section of said third receptacle, so as to be insertable therein, said third outsole having a height that is greater than a depth of said third receptacle, so as to protrude downward therefrom by a selected extent.  
     
     
         17 . The sports shoe of  claim 16 , wherein said third outsole has a fifth upper face, with applied thereon a sixth layer of grip material, preferably constituted by a film of a material comprising complemental parts that are adherable by pressure and are further separable when pulled apart, said sixth layer being suitable to adhere to said fifth layer, to provide a stable and nonetheless detachable coupling between said third outsole and said main sole.  
     
     
         18 . The sports shoe of  claim 1 , comprising a fourth receptacle, a fifth receptacle and a sixth receptacle provided below said sole, respectively, at outer, metatarsal, arch and heel regions thereof.  
     
     
         19 . The sports shoe of  claim 18 , wherein said fourth and fifth receptacles, which have a substantially rectangular cross-section, extend at a perimetric edge of said sole, and said sixth receptacle having a substantially rectangular cross-section occupying an outer half of said heel, and extending at the perimetric edge of said sole at a rear region thereof as well.  
     
     
         20 . The sports shoe of  claim 19 , wherein said fourth, fifth and sixth receptacles, respectively, have a fourth, a fifth and a sixth bottoms, which are preferably flat and with applied thereon a seventh layer of grip material, said grip material being preferably constituted by a film of a material comprising complemental parts that are adherable by pressure and are further separable when pulled apart.  
     
     
         21 . The sports shoe of  claim 20 , comprising a fourth, a fifth and a sixth outsoles, which have cross-sections that respectively duplicate a cross-section of said fourth, fifth and sixth receptacles so as to be insertable therein, said fourth, fifth and sixth outsoles having further a height that is greater than a depth of said fourth, fifth and sixth receptacles respectively, so as to protrude downward therefrom by a selected extent.  
     
     
         22 . The sports shoe of  claim 21 , wherein said fourth, fifth and sixth outsoles respectively have a sixth upper face, a seventh upper face and an eighth upper face, with an eighth layer of grip material, preferably constituted by a film of a material comprising complemental parts that are adherable by pressure and are further separable when pulled apart, applied thereon, said eighth layer being suitable to adhere to said seventh layer, providing a stable and nonetheless detachable coupling between said fourth, fifth and sixth outsoles and said main sole.  
     
     
         23 . The sports shoe of  claim 2 , comprising a single seventh receptacle provided below said sole, and a ninth layer of temporary dry grip material, preferably constituted by a film of a material comprising complemental parts that are adherable by pressure and are further separable when pulled apart, that is applied at a bottom of said seventh receptacle.  
     
     
         24 . The sports shoe of  claim 23 , comprising a seventh outsole with a shape that duplicates a shape of said seventh receptacle and having a height at least equal to a depth of said seventh receptacle, so as to be accommodatable therein, and having, on a ninth upper face thereof, a tenth layer of a temporary grip material, preferably constituted of a film of a material comprising complemental parts that are adherable by pressure and are further separable when pulled apart, said seventh outsole being detachably associable with said sole by way of said tenth layer.  
     
     
         25 . The sports shoe of  claim 16 , wherein at least one of said outsoles, which is accommodatable detachably in one of said receptacles, is provided with a lug that protrudes upward with respect to said at least one outsole and externally with respect to the receptacle in which it is accommodated, so as to constitute a lateral protection with aesthetic appearance.  
     
     
         26 . The sports shoe of  claim 25 , comprising a layer of dry grip material at an inner lateral surface of said lug, and a corresponding layer of dry grip material provided on at least one portion of the perimetric edge of said sole that are adapted to adhere to each other.  
     
     
         27 . The sports shoe of  claim 14 , wherein said outsoles have, at said lower faces thereof, a plurality of variously shaped protrusions and/or ridges in order to improve grip of the outsoles on the ground.  
     
     
         28 . The sports shoe of  claim 14 , wherein said outsoles are made of a rubber with high-level mechanical and wear-resistance characteristics.  
     
     
         29 . A sports shoe for motorcycling, comprising an upper; a sole associated with said upper; at least one receptacle provided in said sole, to be located at least at an outer region of a plantar surface of a foot of a user; at least one outsole that has a thickness at least equal to, and preferably greater than, a thickness of said at least one receptacle, so as to be accommodatable therein; and connecting means constituted by layers of temporary dry grip material provided at said at least one receptacle for detachably connecting said at least one outsole to said sole.  
     
     
         30 . A sports shoe for motorcycling, comprising an upper; a sole associated with said upper; at least one outsole; and connecting means constituted by layers of temporary dry grip material that are provided at said sole for detachably connecting said at least one outsole of said sole.  
     
     
         31 . A sports shoe for motorcycling, comprising an upper; a sole having a box-like structure made of a plastic injection material associated with said upper; at least one receptacle formed in said sole so as to be located at an inner region of a plantar surface of a foot of a user, said at least one receptacle extending from a heel region to a metatarsal region of the sole, over an arch region of the plantar surface of the foot; at least one outsole having, along most of an extension thereof, a thickness greater than a depth of said at least one receptacle, said sole and said at least one outsole accommodatable in said at least one receptacle; and connecting means constituted by layers of temporary dry grip material that are provided at said at least one receptacle for detachably connecting said at least one outsole to said sole.  
     
     
         32 . The sports shoe of  claim 31 , wherein said sole and said at least one outsole, respectively have a first, preferably, flat bottom and a second, preferably, flat bottom with a first layer of temporary dry grip material and a second layer of temporary dry grip material provided thereon so as to couple to each other, each one of said first and second layers being preferably provided by means of a film of a material comprising complemental parts that are adherable by pressure and are further separable when pulled apart.
