Parts management information system and parts management method, and storage medium

Abstract

Since icons for identifying the contents of orders received or orders placed and the numbers of data representing the processing a status of the orders received or orders placed are displayed in combination to manage orders received and orders placed for parts, the processing status such as orders expected to be received, determination of orders, delay in scheduling, acceptance, and the like in the shop can be visually and quickly checked. Detailed information associated with the orders expected to be received, determination of orders, delay in scheduling, and the like is visually presented as a graph and table which correspond to the parts management items identified by icons. Progress in order received/placed processing can be reviewed on a day-to-day basis, and comparison of a plurality of managed items can be made, thus realizing versatile parts management. The parts management by means of a display using common icons for identifying the management units of orders received and orders placed can easily determine the correspondence between the processing a status of the overall shop and detailed information in units of parts, thus allowing easy and accurate order received/placed management.

1 . A system for managing orders received and orders placed for parts, comprising: 
 first display control means for displaying management items for identifying at least one of orders received and orders placed for parts on display means, wherein a plurality of the management items corresponding to the orders received and orders placed are displayed on the display means;    selection means for selecting one of the management items or all of the management items from the plurality of displayed management items, in accordance with a selection instruction input from input means, wherein the selection instruction corresponds to either of the orders received and orders placed,    storage means for storing a number of data to be processed corresponding to each of the management items of the orders received and orders placed;    second display control means for displaying the number of data stored by said storage means corresponding to one or all of the management items selected by said selection means on the display means in a table format;    additional selection means for selecting additionally at least one of management items which have not been selected by said selection means, in accordance with an additional selection instruction input from the input means on the display displayed by said display means, in case where one of the management items is selected by said selection means.

The system according to  claim 1 , wherein said first display control means displays a combination of an icon for identifying each of the management items of the orders received or orders placed and a number of data corresponding to each of the management items of the orders received or orders placed.  
     
     
         3 . The system according to  claim 1 , wherein said first display control means displays an icon for selecting simultaneously to display all of the management items corresponding to the orders received or orders placed.  
     
     
         4 . The system according to  claim 1 , wherein said second display control means displays the table format on the display means based on a combination of one of the management items selected by said selection means and at least one of the management items selected by said additional selection means.  
     
     
         5 . The system according to  claim 1 , wherein said second display control means displays the same icon in the table format as the icon for identifying each of the management items of the orders received or orders placed.  
     
     
         6 . The system according to  claim 1 , wherein said second display control means varies a display position of the table format display on the display means in accordance with an input from the input means.  
     
     
         7 . A method for managing orders received and orders placed for parts, comprising: 
 a first display control step of displaying management items for identifying at least one of orders received and orders placed for parts on display means, wherein a plurality of the management items corresponding to the orders received and orders placed are displayed on the display means;    selection step of selecting one of the management items or all of the management items from the plurality of displayed management items, in accordance with a selection instruction input from input means, wherein the selection instruction corresponds to either of the orders received and orders placed,    storage step of storing a number of data to be processed corresponding to each of the management items of the orders received and orders placed in storage means;    second display control step of displaying the number of data stored in the storage means corresponding to one or all of the management items selected in said selection step on the display means in a table format;    additional selection step of selecting additionally at least one of management items which have not been selected in said selection step, in accordance with an additional selection instruction input from the input means on the display displayed in said second display step, in a case where one of the management items is selected in said selection step.    
     
     
         8 . The method according to  claim 7 , wherein said first display control step displays a combination of an icon for identifying each of the management items of the orders received or orders placed and a number of data corresponding to each of the management items of the orders received or orders placed.  
     
     
         9 . The method according to  claim 7 , wherein said first display control step displays an icon for selecting simultaneously to display all of the management items corresponding to the orders received or orders placed.  
     
     
         10 . The method according to  claim 7 , wherein said second display control step displays the table format on the display means based on a combination of one of the management items selected in said selection step and at least one of the management items selected in said additional selection step.  
     
     
         11 . The method according to  claim 7 , wherein said second display control step displays the same icon in the table format as the icon for identifying each of the management items of the orders received or orders placed.  
     
     
         12 . The method according to  claim 7 , wherein said second display control varies a display position of the table format display on the display means in accordance with an input from the input means.  
     
     
         13 . A computer-readable storage medium storing a program module which causes a computer to execute a method for managing orders received and orders placed for parts, the program module comprising: 
 a first display control module for displaying management items for identifying at least one of the orders received and orders placed for parts on display means, wherein a plurality of the management items corresponding to the orders received and orders placed are displayed on the display means;    selection module for selecting one of the management items or all of the management items from the plurality of displayed management items, in accordance with a selection instruction input from input means, wherein the selection instruction corresponds to either of the orders received and orders placed,    storage module for storing a number of data to be processed corresponding to each of the management items of the orders received and orders placed in storage means;    second display control module for displaying the number of data stored in the storage means corresponding to one or all of the management items selected by said selection module on the display means in a table format;    additional selection module for selecting additionally at least one of management items which have not been selected by said selection module, in accordance with an additional selection instruction input from the input means on the display displayed by said second display module, in a case where one of the management items is selected by said selection module.
