Abstract

A stacked table assembly structure consisting at minimum of two levels of tabletops having leg rods of differing height stacked beneath a main table such that the tabletops are horizontal and in which coaster wheels are mounted on the leg rods to enable movement to thereby provide for extension and retraction to suit environmental space conditions or accommodate use by numerous persons.

1 . A stacked table assembly, the structure of which is comprised of: 
 A main table consisting of a plurality of primary table legs postured vertically on the floor for support and a minimum of two tables stacked under the top of the said main table:    An upper level table that must be a flat surface situated beneath the tabletop of the said main table and have a surface area that is smaller than that of the said main table tabletop; long leg rods and short leg rods of different height are disposed below at the two sides of the said tabletop, with the said short leg rods stacked above a lower level table and the said long leg rods at the other side vertically situated on the floor for support.    The said lower level table must be a flat surface situated beneath the said upper level table and have a surface area that is smaller than that of the said main table tabletop; the said upper level table is horizontally stacked above the said lower level table; and long leg rods and short leg rods of different height are disposed below at the two sides of the said lower level table, each vertically situated on the floor for support.    
   
   
       2 . As mentioned in  claim 1  of the stacked table assembly structure invention herein, the said short leg rods disposed at the two sides of the said upper level table have anti-slip cushions affixed on their bottom sections and the said long leg rods have coaster wheels mounted on their bottom sections; and the height of the said long leg rods including the said coaster wheels must be equal to the stacked height of both the said short legs rods and the said lower level table such that its tabletop is horizontal and capable of outward and inward movement utilizing the said coaster wheels to thereby extend or retract.  
   
   
       3 . As mentioned in  claim 1  of the stacked table assembly structure invention herein, the said long leg rods disposed at the two sides of the said lower level table have the said anti-slip cushions affixed to their bottom sections and the short leg rods have the said coaster wheels mounted on their bottom sections; and the height of the said short leg rods including the said coaster wheels must be equal to the height of the said long leg rods such that they are of an even stature and, furthermore, the said lower level table and the said upper level table above it are capable of coordinated movement outward and inward to thereby extend or retract.  
   
   
       4 . As mentioned in  claim 2  of the stacked table assembly structure invention herein, when the said upper level table is moved outward and extended, the maximum movement distance is defined by the said short legs rods, which must remain stacked on the said lower level table and not travel beyond the surface of the said lower level table.  
   
   
       5 . As mentioned in  claim 2  of the stacked table assembly structure invention herein, the said upper level table  3  rests on the said short leg rods  5 , the said upper level table  3  is perpendicular to and above the lower level table  6 , and the tabletops are stacked in an inverted L-shaped arrangement such that the stacked table is presented in a different spatial configuration.
