Abstract

Packaging includes a combination of a container, a pouch and a substantially flat article enclosed by the pouch. The pouch has a top, bottom opposite the top and a pouch height H p between the top and the bottom. The container includes: a base having a substantially flat bottom, a cover, an inner container height H c between the bottom of the base and an underside of the cover. The pouch bottom is adhered to the bottom of the base by an anti-slip agent. The inner container height H c and a pouch height H p are such that the pouch is pressed by the cover against the base. The anti-slip agent is configured so that when exercising a force on the pouch in a direction substantially perpendicular to the bottom of the base, the pouch can be removed and the surfaces that were adhered to each other by the anti-slip agent are not sticky after the removal of the pouch so that when the pouch is laid again onto the bottom of the base of the container, there is no longer an adherent force between the pouch and the container.

Claims

exact text as granted — not AI-modified
1 . A combination of a container, a pouch and a substantially flat article enclosed by said pouch, said pouch having a pouch top, a pouch bottom opposite said pouch top and a pouch height H p between said pouch top and said pouch bottom, said container comprising:
a base having a substantially flat bottom; and a cover for said base, said cover having an underside facing said pouch top; said container having an inner container height H c between said substantially flat bottom of said base and said underside of said cover; wherein said pouch bottom is adhered to said substantially flat bottom of said base by an anti-slip agent; wherein said inner container height H c and said pouch height H p are such that said pouch is pressed by said cover against said substantially flat bottom of said base; and wherein the anti-slip agent is configured so that when subsequently exercising a force on the pouch in a direction substantially perpendicular to the bottom of the base of the container, the pouch can be removed and the surfaces that were adhered to each other by the anti-slip agent are not sticky after the removal of the pouch so that when the pouch is laid again onto the bottom of the base of the container, there is no longer an adherent force between the pouch and the bottom of the container.

2 . The combination according to claim 1 , further comprising a filling piece positioned onto said substantially flat bottom of said base, so that a top of said filling piece acts as said flat bottom of the base with respect to the pouch bottom so that the pouch bottom is adhered to the top of said filling piece by the anti-slip agent.

3 . The combination according to claim 1 wherein said substantially flat article is sensitive to electromagnetic radiation.

4 . The combination according to claim 1 wherein said substantially flat article is selected from the group consisting of a stack of sheets and a stack of plates.

5 . The combination according to claim 1 wherein said base comprises cardboard.

6 . The combination according to claim 1 wherein said pouch comprises black-pigmented polyethylene.

7 . The combination according to claim 1 wherein said container has a cuboidal shape.

8 . The combination according to claim 1 further comprising a filling piece positioned between said cover and said pouch, so that the filling piece acts as an extension of the cover with respect to the pouch.
