Abstract

An apparatus and system for controlling gas burner, either by knee or by hand, to achieve a desirable timing and volume of heat during the process of Chinese stir-fry cooking.

Claims

exact text as granted — not AI-modified
1 . An apparatus, for controlling gas in a gas burner used for stir-fry cooking to achieve a desirable timing and volume of heat, is operated either manually by hand or automatically through magnets.

       2 . An apparatus in claim 1 , comprising:
a magnetic control unit, which comprises at least a magnetic object, a sensor board, a relay and an electromagnetic valve; a hand control unit, which comprises at least a handle and a hand control valve; a valve box, which harbors the said electromagnetic valve, the said hand control valve and a gas passing channel.

3 . The said magnetic object in claim 2 , comprises at least one magnet.

4 . The said sensor board in claim 2 , comprises at least one magnetic detecting device.

5 . The said magnetic detecting device in claim 4 , comprises at least one reed switch.

6 . A method to use the said apparatus in claim 1 in stir-fry cooking, comprises:
turning on the device power; a person wearing the said magnetic band on his knee; placing the said magnetic band close to the said sensor board, which trigger the said reed switch and turn on the said relay, as a result, the said electromagnetic valve is open to allow gas to flow to a gas burner; moving the said magnetic band away from the said sensor board, which release the said reed switch and turn off the said relay, as a result the said electromagnetic valve is close to block gas flowing to a gas burner; alternatively turning the said handle to open/close the said hand control valve to allow/block gas to flow to a gas burner, respectively.

7 . A stir-fry cooking system, comprising at least one apparatus in claim 1.
