Abstract

The inventive smallarms embodiments are characterised in that both the cocking mechanism and the mechanism for feeding ammunition with the inventive cartridge chamber-magazine operate similar to the principle of operating a typewriter carriage. Said cocking mechanism comprises a movable member ( 13 ) which may move within a casing ( 2 ) and is used for cocking a hammer ( 17 ) with the aid of an arming spring ( 9 ), thus that the shape and dimensions of the movable element ( 13 ), the rigidity of said spring ( 9 ) and the travel thereof ensure several cycles of cockings of the hammer ( 17 ) during one working movement of the compressed spring ( 9 ), and the movable member ( 13 ) may be stopped after every cycle of cocking the hammer ( 17 ). The inventive movable cartridge chamber-magazine ( 3 ) for a lateral feed has through receiving holes for cartridges ( 31, 45 ) which are disposed in rows, and said chamber-magazine is arranged between the back part of a barrel ( 43, 44 ) and the casing ( 2 ) and embodied with possibility to stop when the axis of the cartridge ( 31, 45 ) coincides with the axis of the barrel ( 43, 44 ). The inventive weapon system makes it possible in relatively simple manner to use different barrels (with respect to the calibre, rifling thereof etc.) and to feed the ammunition manually or semi-automatically and to select required cartridge calibre or the type thereof for shooting.

A semi-automatic weapon comprising a barrel part, a casing, cocking, trigger and firing mechanisms placed within the casing, and also a magazine for cartridges and a butt, wherein the cocking mechanism comprises a movable member which may move within the casing and is used for cocking a hammer with the aid of an arming spring, thus that the shape and dimensions of the movable element, the rigidity of the arming spring and the travel thereof ensure several cycles of cockings of the hammer during one working movement of the compressed arming spring, and the movable member may be stopped after every cycle of cocking the hammer.  
   
   
       2 . The weapon of  claim 1 , wherein the barrel part has two barrels.  
   
   
       3 . The weapon of  claim 3 , wherein one of the barrels has a rifled bore, and another barrel has a smooth bore.  
   
   
       4 . The weapon of  claim 3 , wherein the barrels are made with different calibres.  
   
   
       5 . The weapon of  claim 3 , wherein one of the barrels is above another barrel.  
   
   
       6 . The weapon of  claim 3 , wherein the firing mechanism comprises two movable strikers and is made with possibility to strike one of the movable strikers.  
   
   
       7 . The weapon of  claim 6 , wherein the movable strikers are located one above another, and the barrels are located one above another.  
   
   
       8 . The weapon of  claim 1 , wherein the movable element is made as a toothed rack which is movable in longitudinal direction and toothed with the trigger mechanism for its cocking.  
   
   
       9 . The weapon of  claim 8 , wherein the hammer is mounted on a shaft and spring-biased thereon, thus that the hammer may turn around of the shaft with the aid of the toothing with the toothed rack.  
   
   
       10 . The weapon of  claim 9 , wherein the toothing between the hammer and the toothed rack may be disconnected.  
   
   
       11 . The weapon of  claim 10 , wherein it is a mechanism for the disconnection of the toothing between the hammer and the toothed rack, and said mechanism may displace the hammer along the shaft.  
   
   
       12 . The weapon of  claim 1 , wherein it is a movable cartridge chamber-magazine for a lateral feed, the chamber-magazine has through receiving holes for cartridges which are disposed in a row, and the chamber-magazine is arranged between a back part of the barrel and the casing and embodied with possibility to stop when an axis of a cartridge coincides with an axis of the barrel.

The weapon of  claim 5 , wherein it is a movable cartridge chamber-magazine for a lateral feed, the chamber-magazine has through receiving holes for cartridges which are disposed in two rows, and the chamber-magazine is arranged between a back part of the barrel and the casing and embodied with possibility to stop when an axis of a cartridge coincides with an axis of the barrel.  
   
   
       14 . The weapon of  claim 13 , wherein the through receiving holes are located in the rows one above another.  
   
   
       15 . The weapon of  claim 1 , wherein it is an arrow throwing device mounted below the barrel part.  
   
   
       16 . The weapon of  claim 15 , wherein the butt has a container for disassembled arrows within the butt.  
   
   
       17 . A semi-automatic weapon comprising a butt, a barrel part, a casing, cocking, trigger and firing mechanisms placed within the casing, a rigid cartridge chamber-magazine for a lateral feeding cartridges disposed in a row and a repeated use, the chamber-magazine has through receiving holes for cartridges which are disposed in a row, and the chamber-magazine may be arranged between a back part of a barrel and the casing and is embodied with possibilities to move along a guide-bar located perpendicularly an axes of the burrel and to stop when an axis of a cartridge coincides with the axis of the barrel, wherein the barrel part has two barrels located one above another, the chamber-magazine has the receiving holes located in two rows one above another, and the chamber-magazine is spring-biased along the guide-bar.  
   
   
       18 . The weapon of  claim 17 , wherein the chamber-magazine is removable.  
   
   
       19 . The weapon of  claim 17 , wherein the chamber-magazine is provided with a device for pushing out cartridges and/or cartridge-cases from the receiving holes.  
   
   
       20 . The weapon of  claim 17 , wherein the firing mechanism comprises two movable strikers and is made with possibility to strike one of the movable strikers.  
   
   
       21 . The weapon of  claim 20 , wherein the movable strikers are located one above another.  
   
   
       22 . The weapon of  claim 17 , wherein one of the barrels has a rifled bore, and another barrel has a smooth bore.
