Elastic headwear

Abstract

Elastic headwear has a head-covering portion, which is made of a woven or knitted fabric which is composed of textured yarns without elastic yarns. The head-covering portion may have a plurality of pieces, and at least one piece is made of a woven or knitted fabric of textured yarns.

1 . Elastic headwear comprising: 
 a head-covering portion having a plurality of pieces, at least one piece being made of a woven or knitted fabric which is composed of textured yarns without elastic yarns; and    a sweatband being stretchable in at least a circumferential direction thereof,    wherein the woven fabric of textured yarns is woven with 150 denier polyester as warp yarns and with 150 denier textured polyester yarns as weft yarns, and the knitted fabric is knitted with 150 denier polyester textured yarn.    
   
   
       2 . The elastic headwear as recited in  claim 1 , wherein the sweatband comprises textured yarns.  
   
   
       3 . The elastic headwear as recited in  claim 1 , further comprising: 
 a cover enclosing the sweatband and being made of a woven or knitted fabric which comprises textured yarns.    
   
   
       4 . The elastic headwear as recited in  claim 3 , wherein the cover comprises elastic yarns.  
   
   
       5 . The elastic headwear as recited in  claim 1 , wherein the head-covering portion is a crown portion.  
   
   
       6 . The elastic headwear as recited in  claim 1 , wherein the head-covering portion is a rim portion.
