Abstract
The present invention is directed to novel polypeptides and to nucleic acid molecules encoding those polypeptides. Also provided herein are vectors and host cells comprising those nucleic acid sequences, chimeric polypeptide molecules comprising the polypeptides of the present invention fused to heterologous polypeptide sequences, antibodies which bind to the polypeptides of the present invention and to methods for producing the polypeptides of the present invention.

25 . An isolated polypeptide having at least 80% amino acid sequence identity to:
(a) the amino acid sequence of the polypeptide of SEQ ID NO:74; (b) the amino acid sequence of the polypeptide of SEQ ID NO:74, lacking its associated signal peptide; or (c) the amino acid sequence of the polypeptide encoded by the full-length coding sequence of the cDNA deposited under ATCC accession number 209721, wherein said polypeptide has protein disulfide isomerase activity.
26 . The isolated polypeptide of claim 25 having at least 85% amino acid sequence identity to:
(a) the amino acid sequence of the polypeptide of SEQ ID NO:74; (b) the amino acid sequence of the polypeptide of SEQ ID NO:74, lacking its associated signal peptide; or (c) the amino acid sequence of the polypeptide encoded by the full-length coding sequence of the cDNA deposited under ATCC accession number 209721.
27 . The isolated polypeptide of claim 25 having at least 90% amino acid sequence identity to:
(a) the amino acid sequence of the polypeptide of SEQ ID NO:74; (b) the amino acid sequence of the polypeptide of SEQ ID NO:74; lacking its associated signal peptide; or (c) the amino acid sequence of the polypeptide encoded by the full-length coding sequence of the cDNA deposited under ATCC accession number 209721.
28 . The isolated polypeptide of claim 25 having at least 95% amino acid sequence to:
(a) the amino acid sequence of the polypeptide of SEQ ID NO:74; (b) the amino acid sequence of the polypeptide of SEQ ID NO:74; lacking its associated signal peptide; or (c) the amino acid sequence of the polypeptide encoded by the full-length coding sequence of the cDNA deposited under ATCC accession number 209721.
29 . The isolated polypeptide of claim 25 having at least 99% amino acid sequence to:
(a) the amino acid sequence of the polypeptide of SEQ ID NO:74; (b) the amino acid sequence of the polypeptide of SEQ ID NO:74; lacking its associated signal peptide; or (c) the amino acid sequence of the polypeptide encoded by the full-length coding sequence of the cDNA deposited under ATCC accession number 209721.
30 . An isolated polypeptide comprising:
(a) the amino acid sequence of the polypeptide of SEQ ID NO: 74; (b) the amino acid sequence of the polypeptide of SEQ ID NO:74; lacking its associated signal peptide; or (c) the amino acid sequence of the polypeptide encoded by the full-length coding sequence of the cDNA deposited under ATCC accession number 209721.
31 . The isolated polypeptide of claim 30 comprising the amino acid sequence of the polypeptide of SEQ ID NO:74.
32 . The isolated polypeptide of claim 30 comprising the amino acid sequence of the polypeptide of SEQ ID NO:74, lacking its associated signal peptide.
