Sealing bag with chuck

Abstract

A sealing bag with a chuck capable of surely enhancing an easy-to-unseal property of the sealing bag without increasing the size of the chuck and an entire bag and without causing dissolution, flatness and the like at projected parts at the time of bag-making. The sealing bag comprises a bag body 1 having an opening part 1 a at one end, a chuck 10 having a pair of tapes 11 a and 11 b thermally fused near the opening part of the bag body 1 and opposed to each other along the opening part 1 a and a pair of female and male clamping devices 12 a and 12 b formed on the opposed faces of the pair of tapes 11 and disengageably clamped along the opening part 1 a to seal the bag body 1 , and a pair of projected parts 20 a , 20 b formed in a pair of projected lines at the bag body opening side end edge part of the pair of tapes 11 a and 11 b and integrally projected to the inner and outer surface sides of the bag body 1 a , wherein the pair of tapes 11 are thermally fused to the inner face of the bag body, whereby the projected parts 20 a and 20 b are positioned on the inside of the opening edge part of the bag body 1 and the projected parts 20 a , 20 b are not thermally fused to the inner face of the bag body 1.

1 . A sealing bag with a chuck, comprising: 
 a bag body which opens on one side; and    a chuck having a pair of tapes bonded near an opening part of the bag body and opposed to each other along the opening part of the bag body, and a pair of female and male clamping parts formed on the faces of the pair of tapes opposed to each other and disengageably clamping with each other along the opening part of the bag body to openably/closably seal the bag body, the sealing bag further comprising:    projected parts formed in projected lines at the bag body opening side edge parts of the pair of tapes and integrally projected to inner and outer face sides of the bag body,    the pair of tapes being bonded to the inside of the opening part in the inner face of the bag body in such a manner that the projected parts are positioned inside the opening edge part of the bag body.    
   
   
       2 . The sealing bag with the chuck according to  claim 1 , wherein the projections disposed on the pair of tapes are not thermally fused onto the inner face of the bag body, when the pair of tapes are bonded to the inner face of the bag body by thermal fusion.  
   
   
       3 . The sealing bag with the chuck according to  claim 1 , wherein the projected parts are disposed in the same position with respect to a depth direction of the bag body.  
   
   
       4 . The sealing bag with the chuck according to  claim 3 , wherein a maximum width of the projected part in a projecting direction inside and outside the bag body is 0.3 mm or more and is not more than a distance between the faces of the tapes opposed to each other.  
   
   
       5 . The sealing bag with the chuck according to  claim 3 , wherein a maximum width of the projected part in a projecting direction on inner and outer face sides of the bag body is 0.5 mm or more and is ½ or less of a distance between the faces of the tapes opposed to each other.  
   
   
       6 . The sealing bag with the chuck according to  claim 1 , wherein the projected parts are disposed in different positions with respect to a depth direction of the bag body.  
   
   
       7 . The sealing bag with the chuck according to  claim 6 , wherein a maximum width of the projected part in a projecting direction on inner and outer face sides of the bag body is 0.3 mm or more and 2.0 mm or less.  
   
   
       8 . The sealing bag with the chuck according to  claim 6 , wherein a maximum width of the projected part in a projecting direction on inner and outer face sides of the bag body is 0.5 mm or more and 2.0 mm or less.  
   
   
       9 . The sealing bag with the chuck according to  claim 6 , wherein a maximum width of the projected part in a projecting direction on inner and outer face sides of the bag body is 0.3 mm or more and is not more than a distance between the faces of the tapes opposed to each other.  
   
   
       10 . The sealing bag with the chuck according to  claim 6 , wherein a maximum width of the projected part in a projecting direction on inner and outer face sides of the bag body is 0.5 mm or more and is not more than a distance between the faces of the tapes opposed to each other.  
   
   
       11 . The sealing bag with the chuck according to  claim 6 , wherein a shift of the projected part in a depth direction of the bag body is in a range of 1.0 mm to 2.0 mm.  
   
   
       12 . The sealing bag with the chuck according to  claim 1 , wherein the projected part constitutes a protruded line having a circular sectional shape.  
   
   
       13 . The sealing bag with the chuck according to  claim 1 , wherein the projected part constitutes a protruded line having an angled sectional shape.
