Abstract

An appliance for making adjustment for good limb positions, including: a base seat which is adjustable in height at one end thereof in the up-down directions, a neck part adjustment part which is attached to the base seat so as to be adjustable in height and which is adjustable in angles for a tip end which is opposite from the end that is attached to the base seat in the top and bottom directions, and a pair of adjustment parts for a dorsal surface of a scapula which have a triangle vertical cross section and can turn in all directions and in a horizontal direction from the base seat.

1 . A good limb position point adjustment appliance which supports upper limbs in an upper position higher than shoulders of a patient to allow said patient to sleep or to keep said upper position in a good limb position, wherein said good limb position point adjustment appliance is comprised of: 
 an adjustment means for adjusting a point of a neck part, shoulder joint, shoulder blade surface, elbow joint, and waist of said patient to a good limb position,    a base seat which is adjustable in height at one end thereof in an up-down directions,    a neck part adjustment part which is attached to the base seat so as to be adjustable in height, and which is adjustable in angles for a tip end which is opposite from an end that is attached to the base seat in a direction of top and bottom, and    a pair of adjustment parts for a dorsal surface of a scapula which have a triangle shape in vertical cross section and is turnable in all directions and in a horizontal direction from said base seat.    
   
   
       2 . The good limb position point adjustment appliance according to  claim 1  further comprising: 
 both arm adjustment parts which can be installed in and removed from said base seat; and wherein    a shoulder joint adjustment part of a left-right pair and an elbow joint adjustment part are attached to a shaft in the same plane in said both arm adjustment parts so as to slide on said shaft and rotate in parallel to said shaft, so that said point of the neck part, shoulder joint, shoulder blade surface, elbow joint, and waist is adjusted to a good limb position.    
   
   
       3 . The good limb position point adjustment appliance according to  claim 1  or  2  wherein 
 said both arm adjustment parts are provided so that a movement thereof in vertical and inside directions can be regulated, and    a dorsal surface of scapula adjustment part is provided so that a movement thereof in vertical and outside directions can be regulated.    
   
   
       4 . A point in good limb position adjusting appliance for a plaster cast comprising: 
 an upper limb support portion with a back support portion which supports a patient lying thereon, a circumference divided pipe frame which is wide enough, and a net attached to said pipe frame, an elbow angle being set to be 90 to 180 degrees for the net, so that an arm with a plaster cast on? may be put on said net, and    a support pole to adjust a height of a tip part of said upper limb support portion from a floor; and wherein    said net with the pipe, said back support part, and said support pole can be separated from each other, and right and left portions of said net that has the pipe can be folded.    
   
   
       5 . A good limb supporting appliance made of a cushion material and is comprised of components that are separable from each other, said components including: 
 a head support part,    an elbow joint support part in which an elbow of a patient can be supported thereon at an angle of 90 to 180 degrees,    an upper limb support part provided so that a tip part thereof is set up at a height of 15 cm to 30 cm from a ground, and    a waist support part.    
   
   
       6 . An appliance which supports upper limbs in an upper position higher than shoulders of a patient to allow said patient to sleep or to keep said upper position in a good limb position, wherein said appliance is comprised of an upper limb back support assistant means wherein: 
 said upper limb back support assistant means has a shape that fills up a space between a level surface from a waist to a back of said patient when the patient having tortoise back lies on the back, and a part of said upper limb back support assistant means that corresponds to waist of said patient is formed thinner than a part of said upper limb back support assistant means that corresponds to a shoulder of said patient with said parts of said upper limb back support assistant means being connected by a convex surface.    
   
   
       7 . A good limb position adjusting appliance comprising: 
 a forearm adjustment part,    an elbow joint adjustment part,    a shoulder joint adjustment part,    a shoulder blade adjustment part, and    a head adjustment part; and wherein    all of said parts are possible to be joined and are changeable in size except for right and left forearm adjustment parts, and    a stopper is provided in an inner side so that a forearm is prevented from entering into the inside at a time of lying on the back and upper limb.
