Combination food service take-out container and napkin dispenser

Abstract

A combination food service take-out container and napkin dispenser comprising a container for inserting food items to be purchased from a take-out food vendor, and a sleeve attached to a portion of the container, the sleeve serving as means for holding a predetermined number of napkins.

1 . A combination food service take-out container and napkin dispenser comprising: 
 a container for inserting food items to be purchased from a take-out food vendor; and    a sleeve attached to an exterior surface of the container, the sleeve serving as means for holding a predetermined number of napkins.    
   
   
       2 . The combination food service take-out container and napkin dispenser according to  claim 1 , further comprising a predetermined number of napkins inserted in the sleeve.  
   
   
       3 . The combination food service take-out container and napkin dispenser according to  claim 2 , wherein the predetermined number of napkins corresponds to a predetermined number of food items generally anticipated to be inserted in said container.  
   
   
       4 . The combination food service take-out container and napkin dispenser according to  claim 1 , wherein the container is made from a paper product, a plastic product or a foam product.  
   
   
       5 . The combination food service take-out container and napkin dispenser according to  claim 4 , wherein the container made from the paper product is a either paper bag or a cardboard box.  
   
   
       6 . The combination food service take-out container and napkin dispenser according to  claim 4 , wherein the container made from the plastic product is a plastic bag.  
   
   
       7 . The combination food service take-out container and napkin dispenser according to  claim 1 , wherein the sleeve has at least one open end through which ends of the napkins to be inserted may extend outside the sleeve for facilitating the pulling of the napkins from the sleeve for use.  
   
   
       8 . The combination food service take-out container and napkin dispenser according to  claim 2 , wherein the sleeve has at least one open end through which ends of the napkins extend outside the sleeve for facilitating the pulling of the napkins from the sleeve for use.

The combination food service take-out container and napkin dispenser according to  claim 1 , wherein the sleeve has an intermediate slit portion through which ends of the napkins to be inserted may extend outside the sleeve for facilitating the pulling of the napkins from the sleeve for use.  
   
   
       10 . The combination food service take-out container and napkin dispenser according to  claim 2 , wherein the sleeve has an intermediate slit portion through which ends of the napkins extend outside the sleeve for facilitating the pulling of the napkins from the sleeve for use.  
   
   
       11 . The combination food service take-out container and napkin dispenser according to  claim 1 , wherein the sleeve is attached to the container so that the napkins to be inserted in the sleeve are in a face to face underlying relationship with a bottom of the container.  
   
   
       12 . The combination food service take-out container and napkin dispenser according to  claim 1 , wherein the sleeve is attached to the container so that the napkins to be inserted in the sleeve are in face to face relationship with a surface of one of a side of the container.  
   
   
       13 . The combination food service take-out container and napkin dispenser according to  claim 7 , wherein an area along non-open ends of the sleeve is adhesively attached to the container.  
   
   
       14 . The combination food service take-out container and napkin dispenser according to  claim 8 , wherein an area along non-open ends of the sleeve is adhesively attached to the container.  
   
   
       15 . The combination food service take-out container and napkin dispenser according to  claim 7 , wherein when the container is a plastic container, an area along non-open ends of the sleeve is integrally sealed to the container.  
   
   
       16 . The combination food service take-out container and napkin dispenser according to  claim 8 , wherein when the container is a plastic container, an area along non-open ends of the sleeve is integrally sealed to the container.  
   
   
       17 . The combination food service take-out container and napkin dispenser according to  claim 1 , wherein when the container is generally cylindrically-shaped, the sleeve is attached to the container so that the napkins to be inserted in the sleeve are in face to face relationship with a surface of the cylindrically-shaped container.  
   
   
       18 . The combination food service take-out container and napkin dispenser according to  claim 7 , wherein when the container is a foam container, an area along non-open ends of the sleeve is integrally sealed to the container.  
   
   
       19 . The combination food service take-out container and napkin dispenser according to  claim 8 , wherein when the container is a foam container, an area along non-open ends of the sleeve is integrally sealed to the container.  
   
   
       20 . A combination food service take-out container and dispenser comprising: 
 a container for inserting food items; and    means for dispensing a food accessory, wherein the dispensing means is formed so as to prevent contact of the food items in the container with the food accessory.    
   
   
       21 . The combination food service take-out container and dispenser according to  claim 20 , wherein the means for dispensing the food accessory is a formed sleeve, an interior of which being separated from an interior of the container holding the food items.  
   
   
       22 . The combination food service take-out container and dispenser according to  claim 20 , further comprising a predetermined number of napkins inserted in the means for dispensing the food accessory.  
   
   
       23 . The combination food service take-out container and dispenser according to  claim 22 , wherein the predetermined number of napkins corresponds to a predetermined number of food items generally anticipated to be inserted in said container.  
   
   
       24 . The combination food service take-out container and dispenser according to  claim 20 , wherein the container is made from a paper product, a plastic product or a foam product.  
   
   
       25 . The combination food service take-out container and dispenser according to  claim 24 , wherein the container made from the paper product is a either paper bag or a cardboard box.  
   
   
       26 . The combination food service take-out container and dispenser according to  claim 24 , wherein the container made from the plastic product is a plastic bag.  
   
   
       27 . The combination food service take-out container and dispenser according to  claim 20 , wherein the means for dispensing the food accessory has at least one open end for dispensing the napkins for use.  
   
   
       28 . The combination food service take-out container and dispenser according to  claim 21 , wherein the sleeve has at least one open end for dispensing the food accessory for use.  
   
   
       29 . The combination food service take-out container and dispenser according to  claim 20 , wherein the means for dispensing the food accessory further comprises an intermediate food accessory access portion through which the food accessory may be dispensed for use.  
   
   
       30 . The combination food service take-out container and dispenser according to  claim 21 , wherein the sleeve further comprises an intermediate food accessory access portion through which the food accessory may be dispensed for use.  
   
   
       31 . The combination food service take-out container and dispenser according to  claim 20 , wherein the means for dispensing the food accessory is located in an underlying relationship to a bottom of the container.  
   
   
       32 . The combination food service take-out container and dispenser according to  claim 20 , wherein the means for dispensing the food accessory is located so as to be in a face-to-face relationship with a surface of one of a side of the container.

The combination food service take-out container and dispenser according to  claim 20 , wherein when the container is generally cylindrically-shaped, the means for dispensing the food accessory is located so as to be in a face-to-face relationship with a surface of the cylindrically-shaped container.
