Abstract
A sand stamping tool or sand die used to make clear imprint designs when pressed into and removed from a desired surface such as sand or snow and methods for their use. Detail blades are arranged in an open area design that cuts into the desired surface with a modicum of force that is easy for a small child to exert.

providing a sand die suitable for making an imprint in sand or snow; marking the sand die, packaging,.or associated display with an indication that the sand die is suitable for making an imprint in sand or snow; and displaying or placing the sand die so marked to prospective purchasers.
2 . A method of selling sand dies comprising:
providing a sand die suitable for making an imprint in sand or snow, said sand die comprising a side wall having a thickness of about 0.125 inches and a minimum depth of about 0.03125 inches; marking the sand dies, packaging, or associated display with an indication that the sand die is suitable for making an imprint in sand or snow; and displaying or placing the sand die so marked to prospective purchasers.
3 . A method of selling sand dies comprising:
providing a sand die suitable for making an imprint in sand or snow, said sand die comprising a plurality of detail *blades having a thickness of about 0.125 inches and a minimum depth of about 0.03125 inches, said detail blades being separated from adjacent detail blades by a minimum distance of about 0.045 inch; said sand die further comprising a side wall encircling said detail blades, said side wall having a thickness of about 0.125 inches and a minimum depth of about 0.03125 inches, said side wall being separated from adjacent detail blades by a minimum distance of about 0.045 inch; said sand die further comprising a plate attached to said side wall and detail blades at approximately a perpendicular angle; said sand die further comprising a handle attached to said plate; marking the sand dies, packaging, or associated display with an indication that the sand die is suitable for making an imprint in sand or snow; and displaying or placing the sand die so marked to prospective purchasers.Join the waitlist — get patent alerts
