Abstract
A snag-free and stress-free fish catcher includes a supporting frame, a fish pocket, having a fish cavity, supported by the supporting frame, and a tension resting bed, having a tension surface, supported within the fish cavity, wherein the tension surface of the tension resting bed has a predetermined tension larger than a weight of the fish. Therefore, when the fish is captured within the fish cavity of the fish pocket, the fish lies on the tension surface of the tension resting bed in a flatten manner.
Claims
exact text as granted — not AI-modified1 . A snag-free and stress-free fish catcher for capturing at least a fish, comprising:
a supporting frame comprising a boundary rim; a fish pocket, which is affixed to said boundary rim, having an opening defined within said boundary rim and a fish cavity communicating with said opening; and a tension resting bed, inside said fish cavity, having a tension surface having a predetermined surface tension being large enough to support a weight of said fish, which is captured within said fish cavity of said fish pocket, to flatly lay on said tension surface of said tension resting bed.
2 . The snag-free and stress-free fish catcher, as recited in claim 1 , wherein said tension resting bed comprises a bed panel defining said tension surface thereon, wherein said bed panel is made of elastic material to provide said tension on said tension surface of said tension resting bed.
3 . The snag-free and stress-free fish catcher, as recited in claim 2 , wherein said bed panel has a plurality of water pores provided thereon for water permeation.
4 . The snag-free and stress-free fish catcher, as recited in claim 2 , wherein said fish pocket comprises a pocket body defining said fish cavity therein, wherein a peripheral edge of said bed panel is sealedly affixed to an inner wall of said pocket body to retain said tension resting bed within said fish cavity in position.
5 . The snag-free and stress-free fish catcher, as recited in claim 3 , wherein said fish pocket comprises a pocket body defining said fish cavity therein, wherein a peripheral edge of said bed panel is sealedly affixed to an inner wall of said pocket body to retain said tension resting bed within said fish cavity in position.
6 . The snag-free and stress-free fish catcher, as recited in claim 2 , wherein said fish pocket has a plurality of water meshes provided thereon for water permeation.
7 . The snag-free and stress-free fish catcher, as recited in claim 4 , wherein said fish pocket has a plurality of water meshes provided thereon for water permeation.
8 . The snag-free and stress-free fish catcher, as recited in claim 1 , wherein said tension resting bed comprises a looping frame, defining a central window, mounted in said fish cavity of said fish pocket and a tension fabric panel mounted on said looping frame to cover said central window so as to form said tension surface at said central window of said looping frame.
9 . The snag-free and stress-free fish catcher, as recited in claim 8 , wherein said tension fabric panel has a plurality of water pores provided thereon for water permeation.
10 . The snag-free and stress-free fish catcher, as recited in claim 8 , wherein said tension fabric panel is made of elastic and durable sheet material mounted on said looping frame to cover said central window thereof so as to physically provide said tension on said tension surface of said tension resting bed through an elasticity of said tension fabric panel.
11 . The snag-free and stress-free fish catcher, as recited in claim 9 , wherein said tension fabric panel is made of elastic and durable sheet material mounted on said looping frame to cover said central window thereof so as to physically provide said tension on said tension surface of said tension resting bed through an elasticity of said tension fabric panel.
12 . The snag-free and stress free fish catcher, as recited in claim 8 , wherein said looping frame is made of resilient material such that when said tension fabric panel is mounted on said looping frame to cover said central window, said looping frame provides a resilient force for stretching out said tension fabric panel so as to retain said tension on said tension surface of said tension resting bed.
13 . The snag-free and stress free fish catcher, as recited in claim 9 , wherein said looping frame is made of resilient material such that when said tension fabric panel is mounted on said looping frame to cover said central window, said looping frame provides a resilient force for stretching out said tension fabric panel so as to retain said tension on said tension surface of said tension resting bed.
14 . The snag-free and stress-free fish catcher, as recited in claim 11 , wherein said fish pocket has a plurality of water meshes provided thereon for water permeation.
15 . The snag-free and stress-free fish catcher, as recited in claim 13 , wherein said fish pocket has a plurality of water meshes provided thereon for water permeation.Join the waitlist — get patent alerts
