Abstract

Novel human polynucleotide and polypeptide sequences are disclosed that can be used in therapeutic, diagnostic, and pharmacogenomic applications.

A method for producing a polypeptide comprising SEQ ID NO:4, comprising culturing a host cell comprising a recombinant expression vector comprising a nucleotide sequence encoding the amino acid sequence of SEQ ID NO:4 under conditions sufficient for the production of said polypeptide, and recovering said polypeptide from the host cell culture.  
     
     
         6 . An antibody that specifically recognizes a protein comprising the amino acid sequence of SEQ ID NO:4.
